I am a mother of a 2 year old son.  My husband and I try very hard to make a home for our family.  He lost his job the day after Christmas and has had trouble finding another one.  I have picked up some contract work, and am now working two contract jobs in addition to my full time job.  I was diagnosed 2 years go with multiple sclerosis, so the extra work is not an easy task.

Anyway, we got behind one month on our house payment and have been unable to catch up.  Our bank is demanding two months (the behind month plus this month) payment within 48 hours.  I don't have it and don't know what to do.

I am excited to say that I plan to acquire a breast implant surgery as soon as I can find a way to come up with nearly $10,000.

The funny or strange thing is that I am a regular straight man with no desire to become a woman and I am not gay at all - I just like being the first to do something and being a straight man with boobs will do just that - I'll be the first straight man I know of to have this procedure done.

If you would like to have me send you some really good Before & After pictures, please help me to better afford the surgery by sending any help (up to $10,000) to my Pay Pal account.

Well its been a long spiral into hell. In the last 6 years I have lost my parents and a sister. I have lost a great job, and my health. Now I owe so much money, not a massive amount, but enough to put me into the street in days. A little to everyone. I can't even file the papaerwork for income taxes in time, I owe that will lead to a whole new world of hurt and despair. I feel terribly hopeless and very depressed. I can't seem to get an even break. I don't know what else to do or where to turn.There's not much light in my life and I'm beginning to feel like I just want it all to end. I am tired of this financial torture. I am spent trying to make it just to survive. No one seems to think I'm worthy of help to stay alive. I have nothing left. No where to go. Nothing to eat. No where to live very soon. The last thing before my life that I'm willing to give up is my only friend, my dog. If need be we will die together.

I feel like I'm hanging by a thread.

So if anyone can help with a roof over our heads and some assistance to get out of hell, and back to the land of the living, I would be forever grateful.

Never mind, it's not like there is really anyone who cares out there. I'm done trying to get by and just survive. Its appalling that this can happen in this country. I'm have worked all my life and now that I can't I deserve to die, well I fucking guess so! We are homeless now and I am not going to live in my compact car for long, and as soon as I get my painkiller prescription refilled, me and my dog bid you farewell. We will be together in pergatory forever I fucking guess eh fucking GOD!!!Fuck you GOD! We are outta here for good. This site is usless, thanks Canada, thanks for nothing.

Goodness, this is so hard. This is such an awesome site, and so many great people helping each other on so many ways..I really have a long story and I truly am not trying to whine, really but oh my Lord times are tough. O.k. I'll just jump right into it so here goes...:)

Married to a U.S. Army Veteran for almost 15 years, (my junior high sweetheart)..Two bright, wonderful, sweet children directly from God. They are 14 and 11. My husband got out of the Army in '97 and went directly to work in the field he is still in today. In 2005 Katrina hit us, and right after that he was laid off from the company he had been with since he got out of the army. The company was forced to close due to too much loss as a result from dear Ms. Katrina. Luckily at the time we had a little savings, but that went so quickly. Family helped as much as they could and he finally was able to get on with a new company doing the same job in 2006, we doggy paddled trying to get out from under the mountain that formed amazingly fast and things were starting to look alot brighter for us by 2007. During this time we were living with his parents, and finally got back into a home of our own in March of '07. Things went smoothly for a little while until a new corporation took over the one he was working under...there were alot of adjustments to make and work slowed down to a snails pace. Our family motto is "Through God all things are possible" and "And this too shall pass". We believe these things like nothing else. In January of this year his company just pulled out without any warning, their home office is in another state and there is no phone number or address in which to find these people. There was no last paycheck, no severance package...no "sorry, tough luck"..nothing..It is amazing how cruel life works sometimes, but we keep fighting the good fight..but we are losing fast. The landlord served a 3 day eviction notice today, I had been able to scrape up the rent for February, but didn't pay until Feb. 28th. We are now late,late, late for March ($600.00)..and going into April :( Another (600.00)....Utilities (500.00)

Total:$1700.00 that hurts just to type that

Now for the second part of our story..On March 5th, my husband had been out job hunting and was on his way home..well about 6 miles from home he ran out of gas on the side of the road. This was at about 7 p.m. He walked part of the way and then a great samaritan stopped and picked him up and brought him home. We thought we would just hop into my car and go right back to pick up the truck..here we go...the battery in my car was dead..no battery charger and none of the neighbors was available to jump us off. So my husband..bless his heart..at 1 a.m. he took off on our son's bike with the gas can in a plastic shopping bag slung over the handle bars.. Rode the 6 miles back to where the truck was and no truck was there..he had left his hazard lights on...left his strobe lights on...put out safety cones ALL around the truck..it was gone! So he rode the bike all the way back home, it is roughly 2:30 a.m. by now. We call the Sherriff's Department "Yessir we had it towed due to the fact that it was obstructing traffic"...just great...all of his tools, equipment..his entire livelyhood is on that truck.......so we call towing company...($120.00 towing fee + $25/day storage). "Can we at least get his work equipment off the truck, so that he may work to pay to get the truck out of storage"???????? "No ma'am, not until you pay all the fees".......By the time we got any amount of money the fees has accumulated so much that we cannot even touch what they want now, which is over $600.00..they are selling his truck April 25th...I guess right along with everything he needs to work.......My grandmother always said "when it rains it pours" I never knew quite what she meant until now. So we keep chugging along, just trying to make lemonade out of all these lemons, but I am so tired. We are both looking for work continuously. The bright side of all this, my babies are still smiling and holding their heads up...God is awesome! I am hoping that someone...somewhere may be able to help us, while we are trying to help ourselves..I have always believed in "doing my good deed for the day", because it always comes back around... be it in a special prayer from someone..a chuckle...a hug..a hand up??? Please if anyone can find it in their hearts to help, I will find any possible way to "pay it forward".

I am new to this site and it amazed me how many other women were seeking out assistance just to handle basic living needs.  I am a single mother of 4.  I have struggled many years  and still am because of my decisions.  I have to acknowledge now that I am in this situation because of my poor decisons and that I am becoming proactive in righting my wrongs.  I am deciding to post today not to seek out someone to GET ME OUT OF MY SITUATION but just so that my voice can be heard by other women like myself.  I am angry, hurt, never happy and struggling because my children are the ones who are suffering.  I go to church regularly, I do not drink, smoke anything, do not socialize, and do not have many friends.  I am tired of being turned down by every organization because I make to much money.  I work so much that the normal things that women my age are doing I can't.  Not saying I am not normal but I just don't fit in the mainstream crowd.  At this time I am requesting the local politicians meet with me to discuss the overwhelming need for single parents to be heard and helped.  Not just those who like sitting on the system.  Why should I buy food stamps from people who don't need them when I do and I can't get them.  They need to know these things.  I will continue to read and post as often as I can.  I just feel lifted to know that there are others like myself because I feel so alone .  Keep your heads up ladies and your hearts open

We are working with a family that takes in small disabled children and need a wheel chair carrier in order to transport the chair(s) safely on the car. Hello my name is Kayla Fritz Iam 24 years old a mother to a 7 year old boy I have a great girlfriend who I've been with for 5 years and severe dental problems. I have been suffering from dental pain and tooth loss since I got pregnant with my son at age 16 it has progressivly gotten worse over the years and is now so severe that I can hardly eat I cannot hold a job and I have no friends because of the embarresment my teeth cause me. My girlfriend works and has supported me and my son for 3 years now but because of the strain of living off a $300 dollar a week income we are unable to even put away money to save for dental care. I live a good life and I am a good person but I am in horrible physical and emotional pain when I am forced to go to the emergency room because of the severity the tooth abcesses I get I am referred to by the doctors as a crackhead..they refuse to give me anything even for my pain because they judge me by my appereance. I was hospitalized a year ago because of the severity of the infection in my teeth and they told me when I was admitted that if I hadnt got there when I did I probably wouldnt have made it. Other girls my age are bothered by thier ba size or cellulite and have elective procedures to correct thier flaws ..my dental condition is like I said not only extremly painful..but painfully embarrassing. So please if there is anyone out there that can help..please help me smile agian.

hi my name is vickie i am disable it is hard talking about my problem when u dont have anyone to talk to but god he is my only friend i was in a very bad relationship and lost evrything behind it i only have me  cant make it on what i have when the money gone from paying  some of the bills thier nothing left for food i walk with a cane i dont have a car i dont know how long i can go like this it is so easy to give up and i understand why people do what they do the pressure of living and having is so hard when your need cant be met i am living in faith and prayer if i can just get a little help  just a little that will be fine their just so much  but i have only a little thank you and god bless us all.......................vickie
