I am founder and President of Baby James Foundation for children of abuse and their non abusive families.  We are as well trying to pass a law there if you would please read Baby James Story and sign the law here.  Baby James is my stepson who was abused by his biomother that I am working on adopting.  If you would like assistance through the foundation you may also fill out an application which can as well be found on the above link.

I have 3 biological children; Nicholas 20, Megan 16, and a angel son (Justin) who would be 17.  Justin was stillborn at 8 1/2 months along.  I as well concider Baby James mine and he always will be.

I am married to my third husband, James' biofather who means the world to me. 

I am a survivor of sexual, physically and emotionally abused as a child.  I was then abused physically and emotionally with my 2nd husband. 

I enjoy writing poems and working on websites in my free time. I love all animals especially dogs though.

Hello, my name is Diane. I am in a desperate situation. I have intestinal cancer and unable to work. Recently, my neighbor (who I thought was a friend) stole 1000.00 from me. She knows how sick I am, yet stole from me anyway. I used to sell old coins and money on ebay. Now because of my loss, I had no way to restock my inventory. I used what money I had left to pay bills. I have had no luck with the state. They help with medical bills and food stamps but nothing else. I only make 650.00 from social security. I am so far behind on my rent now that the landlord had started the eviction process. I have no family, as I became a foster child early in my life. I have no friends that can help either. I don't know what to do as I have no where to go, or money to move if I did. I am on a waiting list for section 8, but they told me I could be waiting 3 years or more. I wouldn't mind so much living in my truck, but I have a small dog and two sweet kitties. I know they're not children, but they are the only family I have ever known. After all my surgeries (12) They have given me the inspiration to keep fighting. If I lose them now... im a recently divorced mother of 2 children and i desprerately need help catching up on my bills for the month of april. i have no family to help me and my ex is n't working either. I have been looking and applying for jobs even ones that i know are a veery slim shot of me getting. both of my children are disabled and receive disablity benefits but they cut my son's checks for the month of april because he no longer received aid from his father's disabilty and they count two months back,so until they get it straightened out ... my car has recently broke down too and i know no one to look at it and/or repair it.I am in danger of losing my utilities,cell phone service,computer,phone service,and have no way of purchasing household goodsfor me,my children and our cats because wha little bit of money i get went to the rent and what food i could afford. it is soooo difficult right now for me because i already suffer from depression but my dilema just adds to it.
