I am a SAHM mom of 2 toddlers and a step-mom to a pre-teen. I am a loving and supportive spouse to a man in the Army.

I am looking for a few games to be gifts for my kids.  Games will be great for the kids and for us. We can sit down and have some family nights before my other half ends up deployed again. Hoping the kids will remember those nights with 'daddy' and can't wait for him to come back so we can do it again.

Also on my links I have a site that I am trying to sell things to get money to cover bills, food, and gifts. Thx =)

You can  PM if you have more questions or would like to help out. Thank you and God Bless All of You!

Help! I am married with two boys 15,10 years of age.I am five months pregnant and my husband has been out of work for a few weeks.Every since he got out of the active Army all our bills fell behind. We are about to be kicked out of our home because we are three months behind on the rent.My husband wants to go back active but has to wait till he passes a PT test.He has been looking for work everywhere in our town and there isnt anything. He has went to a few job interviews but they never called for hire.We live in a military city that has to many people and not enough jobs.We are in a hole and can not get out.We are unable to get a loan or anything because he isnt working.I use what little child support I get to feed my kids and thats not much.I am trying to get food stamps again but they are being picky not believing how much we are in a hole.I am unable to work because of my high risk pregnancy. All I want is for at least the rent to be caught up so we can have a place to live.Neither of us has any local family or friends to stay with and what little family we have can not give us a loan.I am scared and have never had it this bad before I fear for my kids and I to be homeless.I would like to see about some assistance around my town but everyone I called has no funds. Can anyone help me please?Thank you my email address is shareeandjoe4ever@yahoo.com

I am not sure what to put in here.  Just a good person that bad hings happen to.  I just need a break in life. I was injured and without insurance ....life is miserable.  THe pain is unbearable now adays.  The way things are going it will be another month until I can be seen by an orthopedic. I am not eligible for medicaid or disability. I was in the military for 9 months (years ago) and can't get them to see me (yet) I am working on it. I broke my ankle in the army & they just sent me home. An honorable discharge. My car was reposessed yesterday, I was evicted and I had to leave my cat to live with my parents for awhile.  I am flat broke and I don't know what to do.  I can't work until my arm is fixed.  I don't ask for anything but I have to now. I believe my rotator cuff is ripped in my arm. It is to the point I can't move it very much. It hurts to do anything. I can't sleep at night because of the pain so I cat nap through out the day and night.  Life is definately miserable without health insurance.  I just need some money to pay a couple bills and get some personal items. I would truly love to have my car back but I know that can't happen but something to drive would be nice. My parents don't share their vehicles. Even if I can't get any money just to be able to an orthopedic would be nice so I can get my arm fixed so I can get back to work.  Thank you and God Bless You.

Hello, I never thought I'd be on a site like this asking for help, however, desperate times call for desperate measures. My friend told me about this site so I thought I'd check it out. FIrst let me explain my situation; I am recently divorced, have two children, both boys whome I love to death. I am a SSG in the U.S. Army, I've been deployed to Iraq in support of Iraqi Freedom twice and I'm now stationed in San Antonio TX.  My story is not as bad as others on this site and I know others need help much more than I do. In fact I'm very embarrassed to be in a situation where I would have to ask others for help in the first place. I know my situation is my own fault, a lot of bad decisions and bad money managment. I got married very young, got over extended in credit, and a long story short I had trouble repaying my debts and have very bad credit (580). I am in extreme finacial difficulty and can't get a loan. While deployed my wife left me for another man and served me divorce papers shortly after my second deployment. She was granted custody of the boys and I pay 1100/month Child Support.  As it was I was barely to meet my rent, truck payment, groceries and utilities. I was keeping my head above water untill I was transfered to San Antonio. I had to take an advance pay, to move because I could not get a loan and could not afford it other wise. Setting up a new apartment was a huge expense and now on top of repaying the advance I received,  my pay is going to be garnished on the 1st of march for a bill I owe. I am now almost two months behind on my truck payment (590/month) and will not have the money  on the 1st of March to pay my rent (765/month) or my truck pmt. I do not know what I'm going to do, I know I have gotten myself into this situation, I just don't know how to get myself out. I just need some financial help on the 1st of march so that I can pay my bills, and get on top of my situation, and hopefully start fresh on trying to repair my financial situation and my llife. If I can get help with this month I should be able to recover next month. I get paid on the 1st of every month.  I hope someone reading this can understand my situation and offer some help. Thank you

Team in Training and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

I am training for the Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco this October with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training (TNT).  Team in Training is a National Organization that raises funds while training for and competing in marathons globally.  I am training in honor of one of my very good friend's father's, Neil Cuthbertson, who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia.

Any amount that you donate will get me one step closer to my goal of raising $3900, and will get the society one step closer to their goal of finding a cure and helping those who are affected by blood born cancers!

You can visit my official fundraising page online HERE to make your TAX DEDUCTIBLE donation.  This page is run by the society and all funds donated through this link go DIRECTLY to the society, so you can rest assured your money is safe and is being used for what you are intending it to be used for.

For businesses that would like to donate: I will be wearing the name/logo of any business who donates more than $500; In addition, the business who makes the LARGEST donation: I will wear your company's hat/visor for training, to fundraising events, and on RACE DAY!!

I'd like to thank you in advance for your help!

Hello.  I am new to this so I am not even sure if I am doing this properly but its worth a shot.  I am very stressed and I may vent so I apologize.

I am 25 years old and married to a soldier serving in Iraq. I have been very depressed and extremely stressed out since he left.  I have had to take on so much on top of worrying about him everyday.  My stress level has reached a new high.  I just have so much on my plate right now I just cannot handle it anymore.  We have so many bills to pay each month and it never seems like I can pay them all.  I was laid off from my job and I have been trying so hard to find a new one but it seems like there are none in my small town.  My credit as well as my husbands nearly perfect credit is now in the toilet because I would forget to pay a bill all together one month or I would forget to pay a bill and pay extra on another one to try to pay it off and then when that bill would arrive I wouldn't have the money to pay for it anymore.  The people at my husbands bank are not nice at all.  They would not let me change the address on his account even though I have full power of attorney on it, I was told  that they would not recognize it.  I went in this month to pay on his loan, they always have to look up the account for me and the teller was very rude and never mentioned to me that there was a problem with the account.  Now I did not receive the notice in the mail being they did not let me change my address and I received a call saying the account went negative on January 31 and they have been charging me 5 dollars a day ever since.  This was an error that never should have happened in the first place.  I changed a bill that was being taken out directly from that account to another one because it was easier for me to keep track of and I assumed it would stop that month but it did not.  If I was told about it I would have gladly taken care of it right away but I didn't have the chance.  I guess this is what is putting me over the edge right now.  I have more bills than I can keep track of right now.  I have way too much on my mind and I am so lost and have no idea what to do.  My husband and I were married at the court house before he left and are planning to have a wedding for our families this fall when he returns but now I am not sure if this can happen.  To top off the stress with the wedding planning the place where I bought my dress ordered it 4 sizes too big and did not order the wrap that came with it and is being very difficult with me.  I actually had to go to the Better Business Bureau about her and she continues to lie which is so frustrating.  I am just so overwhelmed right now.  I have no clue what to do anymore.  I want to find a consolidation loan but I have bad credit so I cannot get one.  Can anyone help me?  Point me in the direction of away I can get help with my financial trouble?  Is there some place that will give me a loan?  My husband will be home on leave sometime this spring for 2 weeks and I am so afraid we will have no money while he is here and I will have a break down.  If someone could help me out I would be so grateful.  You would save my sanity.  I really feel as though I am going to loose it soon.  I have so much going on on top of everything I have already wrote about.  Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.

Hello,

My name is Sgt Kristopher Johnson. This is new to me. I just returned home from Afghanistan to realize my wife was leaving me. I finished my Degree and moved back to my home town of Charleston SC. While i was deployed i racked up serious debt b/c of the wedding and now i am living on my own in an apartment making 10.35 an hour and up to my elbows in payments that i cant make. I am not by all means looking for free money. B/c of the credit i had was wiped when i was deployed and my bills were not paid. i am driving a 2004 chev caviler with 94,000 miles that i owe 8,000 dolars from a shady business but i cannot afford anything else. I need help. If anybody out there knows where to get help and help me get out of debt and back on my feet please help. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

God Bless

Sgt. Kristopher Johnson

Everyone has had times in thier life where their not so sure how they are going to survive. They may have negative after negative things happen in their life, things that drag them further down everyday. This is why my family needs your help. Ever since my husband joined the army, things keep going from worse to even unbearable. We have been between a rock in a hard place for so long, that it's become confertable. We have maxed out every source of help, and now calling out to the public. I can go on forever with the things in my life stressing us out, but I'll save my emotions for another day.

The story in short starts one year ago. After my husband and I where married we decied to move our family out of state to be closer to my mother while my father was serving in Iraq. We saved up enough money to last us 3 months, hoping we would get jobs by that time. Of couse that didnt happen. I was pregnant, so no one would offer me a job. My husband couldnt find anything above $7.50 an hour or part-time. So we borrowed money from friends and family. When we were totally lost, my husband decieded to join the army. The army packed up our house and moved our household things to Kansas, but they dont help pay for moving your family, paying for a hotel, deposit or first months rent. Yes they do re-emburse you some, but by that time you need the money just to pay the bills you couldnt pay earlier. We couldnt get accepted to an affordable apartment, so now we're stuck in one we can barely afford. After this my credit card went past due, yes I only have one, but its a $7000 balance. So they upped my interested and started charging late fees. Of course we couldnt afford the new monthly payments, so its been charged off and is now at an attorney's office. We had to buy a new car before moving to Kansas, because we didnt own one. Well 90 days to the T the car died on us, and it cost us $1200 to fix. Again bills were put to the side and we could barely afford to feed our kids. Just 2 weeks after that we were in a car accident, both parties were placed at fault, so now we have to now come up with $500 to pay to have our car back. I tried to find a job, but I would pay more in daycare, then I would earn. I took on a local paper rout so I could take my kids with me, but it turns out I pay more in gas then I make doing the rout. I tried to quit it, but they say I'm under a 30 day contract so now I'm stuck doing it and losing money.

As you can see things just dont seem to be going our way, if you could help us with making monetary donations it would be greatly appriciated and put to good use. This is not a scam, and the story is completely true. Every penny is appriciated. Thank You
