Hi my name is Kaysha. I'm a single mom of two awesome, well behaved, respectful, bright, happy, exciting and adorable boys ages 11 & 7. (can you tell they are my everything:)

I work nights for an ambulance company. I need someone to watch my boys for me, 4 nights a weak. In exchange for childcare you will have your own Room Rent Free & Utilities Paid.

The hours I would need you are 5pm - 8:15am W, TH, FRI, & SAT. I would prefer a young female who goes to school &/or works full time during the day. I would also except a young single mom with one small child (like a yr. old or less) Cause I know how hard that can be :) Been there done that:)

Your responsibilities would be: feed them dinner if I haven't yet (I'll cook), encourage showering which they do independently, put to bed @ 9pm, wake them @ 6:45am, guide them through their am duties, feed them breakfast, & see them of to school(if I'm not home yet, I usually return @ 7:45 if things run on time @ work).

My boys need someone safe, responsible, reliable, consistent, & patient. I would like their nanny to agree to stay for 6 mons. or more. They have already had a nanny they were attached to who left them after 1 mon., they are still upset, understandably.

I demand that you be drug, alcohol. & smoke free. No exceptions. I just quit smoking, I am going on my 10th mon, smoke free, so no smokers please. I will have you take a urine test initially & periodically as needed.

If you think this would work for you or someone you know leave me a message :) Thanx

Struggling EMT

My name is Tom and I am a struggling EMT.

Hi Tom!

My story is simple, probably like many people here in America. The tax man has got me down. Last year I struggled for much of the year dealing with a divorce and paying my normal living bills. I had to commute about 90 miles every day just to work at a $11 per hour job. That barely cut the mustard, and to top things off not enough was taken out of my checks throughout the year to cover the tax man. I will end up owing about $1500 to Uncle Sam come April 15th. I am no longer making $11 per hour, but have fallen to $10. I can't even muster any serious overtime to cover this bill and am now in a serious pinch.

Any help would be more than greatly appreciated. EMT's have a hard enough time making it through life paying bills with the meager pay we get, so we cannot even really save money for school to improve our lot in life. I am trying to enter school in the summer in Dallas, Texas so that I can work on becoming a Physical Therapist. This tax bill will likely make that impossible.

Again, any help would be more than greatly appreciated.

TO: CLARIAN HEALTH PARTNERS INC. FR: Northern Mindanao Medical Center Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines I am just an ordinary citizen who comes to Northern Mindanao Medical Center (a government hospital) every now and then just to be able to help the less fortunate in the best way I can, by comforting them, providing them their needs if I have the resources. This hospital is a government tertiary hospital with a 300-bed capacity. However, every day there are more than 300 in patients admitted leaving the patients with no other option than to use and consider the corridors of the hospital to stay just so they can be given immediate medical attention. Considering the lack of funds from the government, I would like to seek help from your foundation in any way you can to help expand, develop or whatever you can do to the hospital. Should you want to inquire and get more information, please contact DR. RAMON MORENO, OIC-Chief Medical Professional Staff of Northern Mindanao Medical Center (+638822) 721282 or cell number (+639178410322). I am optimistic that through writing this letter to your organization, it will pave the doorway for you to be interested in helping develop our government hospital. From a concerned citizen: Grace E. Mercado-Garanchon Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines
