Well I've been looking for help with dental work in Michigan.. Have been to several dentist in the area and they won't even clean them because they are so brittle... I am unemployed, and in despite need of dental help. All my teeth are breaking off the the dentist say's they all need to come out. And I need help to get them fixed and have no money. Where can I go? Please help me. My mom is disable and is unable to assist.

I will be 32 in a couple of weeks, have had 5 kids and been on so many medications it has completely ruined my teeth. They are literally falling apart, I am afraid to eat or drink or even talk for fear that more will break. The last one was a top front tooth which now means 3 of them are broken. I need them all extracted and dentures. Most will have to be surgically removed I think now because they are broken at the root. I am on disability and medical but it covers zero dental care. I have tried everything I can think of, even the dental school has told me that just for an initial appointment to match me with a student IF there is one available will cost me $78.00 and the "free"/sliding scale dental clinic will pull them for a $50 office visit PLUS $65 per tooth, plus they will only do normal extractions and no crowns, caps or dentures at all. I get $623 a month which does not even cover my bills. The pain is almost constant now and I don't get much sleep. I  honestly don't expect that anyone would help me pay for this, but I need some more ideas on where to go and what I can do.  I ended up stopping my meds because they were a large part of what caused this, so my depression and anxiety have gotten worse due to this as well. I have constant headaches that they say could be related also.  I am lost and don't know what to do anymore. I have been dealing with this for  about 3 years now, it started about 7 years ago but at that time medical assistance covered dental and I was able to get some work done which has now all broken again. I have lost so much over this, any hope of working, my fiance, and mostly my self-esteem and health. There has to be a program out there that can really help people in this situation, but so far all I have been able to find is uncaring medical profesionals who want money over a person's health.
