I am a disabled vietnam era veteran. About two years ago I suffered two strokes and saw first hand the obstacles that people and families in need go thru when they are struck with an unforeseen incident. The world can turn into a cruel and cold and lonely place. It seems that the only visitors that approach you are people that want to take their pound of flesh. All the collectors come to collect their debts and there is no way of holding them off. Sometimes families are forced to make harsh and rash decisions just in order to survive the tradegy.

I do not want anyone to feel the way that I did when I had my strokes. Dealing with the feeling of complete loss and disarry of your life only compounds itself on your situation. It harms both you and the family around you in so many ways. The emotional, physical and financial strain can become unbearable. Along with the illness and long sleepless nights you are also plagued with the ever approaching feeling of doom. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO SURVIVE!!!

I was able to first hand experience this and to speak with others that have gone through these incidents also. There are a few basic needs that must be met in order to get through this crisis safely and remain in a stable environment.

Basic needs include but are certainly NOT limited to:

Food / Shelter / Medical Care

Knowing that someone cares and that there are people who can or want to help, makes a big difference in bridging the gap to becoming healthy and viable again.

What I have decided to do and wish to attempt to pass on to people are both the basic needs and the knowledge that there are others that care and sympathize with people in need.

I hope to help bridge the gap between the needs and the needy!

I am starting a non-profit organization to help veterans and their families cope with the difficult and rocky time between receiving either their benfits or their pension. I wish to exted this service also to the homeless in need.

I need help to get this venture started. Any help from you would help out the cause greatly!!!  One of the things that we need too do is purchase wholesale/discount/surplus items to raise  funds for the cause.
We can't do this without you and there are people waiting to be helped. Please help us bridge the gap between the needed and needy.

I want to be an organization that ACTUALLY helps, not just a name that people are turned away from when they are in need.

in december i heard about aidpage.com. i was living with my brother at the time ( 19 and 18 years old), but because of winter both our hours at our jobs were cut in half. we were making it but barely. so i decided to nievely post my situation on aidpage. a few days later i was contacted by a pastor who never got back to me, and a man named Sean Yanti. he explained his backround and hard life growing up, and he said he had been through what i was going through now, but now God has blessed him and he would like to bless others. he sent me a check for $4000, but i was to take $500 for myself, and wire the rest through western union to another "very needy" person. seeing as he was not asking me to send my money  but his, i thought nothing was wrong, so i did. i cashed the check through my bank and sent the $3500 off. he then told me he was sending another check to help me, but he wanted me to take out a small amount and send the rest. i asked why he didnt send the money himself to her, but he said it was not on his level and he would if he could and he was very sorry. once again i thought ok its his money. before i got the 2nd check, my bank called me telling me it was a fake check and i would have to pay the bank the $4000 back. i told sean this still thinking he was a good man and it was a mistake; he said to cash the second check and use it for my bank. b4 i did though i called the bank the 2nd check was from, for $4000 also, and it was fake. i didnt hear from him again. i know your thinkng how niave and stupid i must be, but i am only 19 years old and didnt know. i thought if he asked me to send my money that was fraud, but it was his. because of this, i have been unable to pay any bills including rent, so i have been evicted out of my home and no place wll rent to me, my car was taken away because i could not make payments,my phone was turned off, and i have been fired from my job because i have been unable to get there. i am pregnant and have no resources, i am unable to get a loan because this really screwed up my credit. this man really messed me up. anyway his name is Sean Yanti, and he has broken english.

so now i have no home, no car, no job, nothing. i am in major debt and i just keep falling. i am asking for some help -  i am 5 months pregnant and now no one will hire me  becuase of training and then i will have to leave after the baby is born. i can slowly repay what is given, but i just need to get back on my feet, find a place to live for me and the baby and a car.

In the year 2000 the Raymond-Hawkinson family was established. We bound our relationship with the purchase of land and a home. In 2003 we sacrificed what we had to try to save the lives of our beloved pets who were cruelly poisoned in their own yard by illegal area hunters. We lost our car which resulted in the loss of a job, then electricity/water and eventually our home and land.

We do not regret our decision to try to save the lives of our pets.

We discovered what our family truly wanted when we had to move out of our new house and live on the 2 acres of land we had. We learned how to build tipi's, we learned how to cook over open fire, how to use dehydrated foods, rely on the sun to warm our tipi and to heat water for bathing. We had to lug our own water so we also learned a lot about water conversation and recycling. We had no septic system to use, we had to learn safe methods of waste treatment. Had the house and land not been tied up in the same mortgage we could have let the house go without batting an eye. We had found something far more stable...but the land went with the house.

That experience while so many see it as heartbreaking really wasn't. We found that we had more when we had less. Now that we have modern housing that must be powered up and hooked up to water/sewer and we rely on grocery stores and the gas to get there...we are paying far more and have far less than what we had while relying on the earth.

Our family goal is to make our income count. If we could only get a piece of land and build unconventional shelters, grow our own much healthier food and use what nature offers to us we could be doing better in life.

We wish to build our shelter to compliment the abilities of our disabled family members and not be forced into paying expensive rents for adapted rentals or have to live with my mom the rest of my days which would include paying to have her house adapted.

If you can help us get started...we can do the rest. All we need is a piece of land in an unrestricted area.

We accept donations through Microgiving.  Microgiving requires proof of identity, income and need so you can feel confident that our family has met the requirements for a real and honest request for assistance.  You can visit our profile and donate if you are able by visiting this link: Homeward Bound

Myself and my grand-daughter....the other pic above is my grand-daughter...She's a month old.....

This is my son and daughter....

My daughter went to dhs to see if she could get medical and day care....and was told that she makes 200.oo to much. So I guess she is not going back to work. There should be some type of short term assistance to help those that just need a little boost. Maybe give someone 6 months get their self together then stop helping. oh ya isn't that what dhs is suppose to do......lol  I don't understand they rather her not work and depend on them. Or work and not be able to stay at her job long. This country is a**backwords......

Hi...... I'm a mother and new grandma..........I was hit by a car then ran over by a second car. My femoral artery was torn out of my leg and I lost alot of blood. It was life or limb. My back was broke in 5 places,2 ribs where broke,my pelvis and both hips were crushed,my ear was almost torn off (they saved it) and my left knee was swollen. God was with me that day. I was hit at approx. 40-50 miles per hour the second car had to be lifted off me. I woke up under the car and flipped myself over and tried to crawl out from under the car. I really wish I could find some help with physical theropy.......

My name is Dina Rae I am 25 years old and I was preganant when I got behind on my bills and I got my car repossessed because I couldnt work at the time, because of early contractions and was forced to stay home. Im a single mother.  After I had my baby I had a hard time trying to stand up and get out of bed and I later found out that I have severe Rheummatoid Arthritis. Im still behind on all my bills around 4,900.00.  Its been 2 years and I have lost my home and car.  My credit is totally ruined.  It is good I have family to stay with for the time being.  I have so much pain and havent been able to work.  I have no job and no hope what so ever. Ive been going to free counseling for depression.  I tried to get on SSI and have been denied, but I will try again after I get more X-Rays done.  If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.  Me and my daughter Evangelise Lorelei would be so happy.  I struggle just trying to get pampers for her every month.  Her father has been abscent since she was 4 months old.  I know you cant really expect for some kind of miracle to happen and I dont know how this is going to work out for me but oh well I will try anyways.  I also find that talking about things helps alot too.
Been Where You Are....Want To Help!

I discovered aidpage.com a few weeks ago and it amazed me just how many decent American families like yours, are hurting and have been abandoned by the system.  Worse, many people have simply lost hope – which is what poverty is really all about.

Having been where you are now, I try to help as many people as I can through FREE advice (I have a great deal of expertise regarding certain elements of the social welfare system – especially Medicare).  I also make small donations as I am able.

Several years back, I owned a coin and collectibles store in Georgia. Many of my customers were not wealthy.  In fact, I often had more sellers than buyers – many of whom were people down on their luck and needed cash for a variety of basic necessities. Unlike the local pawn shops, I paid FAIR prices for what people had to sell.  The frustrating part of this business was that people often brought in those items they believed were valuable (but were often not), while casually telling me about the “junk” they threw out with the garbage. One more than one occasion, the value of these “junk” items exceeded several thousand dollars.  Things like Indian and Wheat pennies, old stamped envelopes, old cameras, documents, badges, medals, old gold fillings and the like were often discarded.  This can be a BIG mistake.

Some of the items I buy include, but are not limited to:

·        All stamps/stamp albums

·        ALL coins (do NOT attempt to clean them)

·        U.S.A., Confederate and international paper money

·        Autographs

·        Old license plates

·        Comic books (pre-1960s)

·        Baseball cards (pre-1960s)

·        Letters & postcards (please leave stamps affixed)

·        Old legal documents

·        Propaganda material

·        War effects & memorabilia

·        Political items

·        Medals & tokens

·        Old sports/theatre programs

·        Civil War artifacts

·        Old movie posters

·        Cast iron toys

·        Old bottles

·        Old photographs

Feel free to email me with what you have.  I will not be able to give you a price over the phone or via email, but I can help you tell the difference between the real junk and the stuff of value.  If I think you have something of value, I will ask you to send it to me.  I will tell you within 24 hours what I am willing to pay for it.  If you agree to the price, I will send you payment via 2-day priority mail. If you do not wish to sell, I will pay the cost of shipping it back.

What I CAN promise you is that I will pay you a FAIR price for what you have.  I hope that my expertise in collectibles of value will be of help to you.  Just DON'T THROW ANYTHING OUT UNTIL YOU CONTACT ME.  Professional references regarding my integrity and fairness are available upon request.

The “buying” page of my website can be found at http://www.theeccentriccollector.com/webuy.htm

My aidpage is at http://some-financial-help.app-silverman-1.aidpage.com/some-financial-help/

I hope that I can be of service to you.

P.S. I pay a 5% Finder's Fee to anyone who brings me a deal that I end up buying, so make sure to tell your friends.

No Insurance For Your Children? A federal/state program can help!

If you are uninsured and are unable to afford coverage for your family, you may be able to qualify under your state's CHIP program. This is a program specifically designed to cover uninsured children in most states of the USA. It is a combined federal and state program. As I understand it, there are no pre-existing condition exclusions under the programs, so your children could continue to receive treatments and they would be covered by CHIP. You might want to check out the following link that describes CHIP: http://www.cms.hhs.gov/home/sc hip.asp

You can then call the Dept of Insurance for your state and see what they have to offer (What state are you in?).

"Our only hope ls our children and olderfolk," Good God in heaven knows, the "powers that be" sure won't change their ways and help the backbone of america. Things went bad when we started moving Grandpa & Grandma out of the home into oldfolks homes. The kids lost precious teachings that are vital to life. The olderfolk lost their reason to be. All in the name of Bigger, better, faster and longer! We have a vast number of children lost in fostercare, on the street, and in broken homes. And with the great number of functioning olderfolk lets take some of the failing family farms and put them together? This is my idea. The children have not only lost the joys and lessons that Mom and Dad have no time to teach. But what is more, They don't learn how to be Human. Look around, We are in deep we must begin with our children so that when they are "The powers that be" they wil treat their familys with a bit more Humanness. One farm is all we need to start.   A. Single Father of Two Boys (1 & 3) seeking help..

I have two beautiful boys and times such as they are well not all Moms are good Moms. I have my boys full time and am really needing help with getting Medicaid for them.. It was innitially in her name with them and she has ran off with the social security cards and has basically moved on to ruin another man & childs life as she is pregnant again. She has basically told me that she has applied for her and the baby and the boys are my problem not hers. Unlike her I have been unable to just walk in and get help!! But this is about my boys not anything else they need insurance!! The baby has breathing issues that steam from her smoking while pregnant and he needs his treatments which are exspensive.. If anyone can tell me how to go about getting medicaid reinstated or start again in my name or CHIPS anything that can help??
