I am a father of a beautiful 6 yr old daughter and a husband of my 28 yrs wife. My wife and doughter is hiding somewhere in kathmandu, nepal. Now i m alone in usa and seeking for asylum.

Yesterday was my hearing to immegretion judge and he had given my lawyer the written next hearing date which is next year Oct., 09 which is very far for me but i don't have any choice so i was accepted that discision. My story is very painful so i ll try to tell in detail when we ll meet phycially. But now, i want to tell you something-still i don't have any job coz. legally i can't work in this country so...i was a very prestegious EDITOR and i was my own press when i was in nepal but due to abduction and threat of killing me and my family by maoist terroist i decided to leave my job, my hometown where i was born and come to kathmandu, the capital of nepal. I lived in kathmandu without doing anything for about 11 months due to physical and mental torture that maoist gave me. As maoist have big network and keep tracking where people go and what they do, i decided not to pursue journalism in kathmandu but a busyness. i regesterd a busines named BUDDHA NEPAL HENDICRAFT INTERNATIONAL (Pvt.) Ltd. in 2005 and started manufacturing and exporting handicrafts.

My handicrafts business was running pretty well in kathmandu. On the third week of february 2006, i got a letter from maoist where they wrote that they were happy to know that i left journalism but also demanded that since i had a well running business, i should pay $ 17,000.00 as soon as possible. I was scared that i could be killed anytime along with my family so i talked to my wife and decided to come to the US to save my life.

In US i started doing some part time gob in indian kitchen but due to beaten by maoists cadres i had a very sever back pain so i left my job and move to Boston from Salem. Now i don't have any job and money so i live forced to live at Shelter. I don't want any money from you but if possible pls help to find me some any job as soon as possible. Hello, I am Bangladeshi 45 year old living in Moscow,Russia I have seperated of country because my wife died ,parents also all relative through me and be with my own for now. RUSSIA illegally.. So with that said, i am currently finding a job and i am stay in  library to get access on computer. Im in a illegal in Russia and have no friends or family around. and no way in hell would i ever sell my body so thats a definite. I am not relying on anybody for money, i just needed some help on how to help myself. I've never been in a situation like this before and im not going to let someone (my relative) tell me who i can be and who to be with. Thus im standing my ground, but paying a penalty. Bythe way help me please...... I really need help. I hope there are some resources available to help me. i am a chinese women age 42 staying malaysia, i hv a abusive, voilent and flirting husband. i do not know what to do. he always hurt me by words and quietly sms and talking handphone with others women and girl friend. because of my 3 kids i always forgive him but in my heart already get hurt and hate him very much. i always think of commit suicide, i wonder anyone can help me, i want to leave malaysia n hope if hv chance to australia.
