I am a mother of a 2 year old son.  My husband and I try very hard to make a home for our family.  He lost his job the day after Christmas and has had trouble finding another one.  I have picked up some contract work, and am now working two contract jobs in addition to my full time job.  I was diagnosed 2 years go with multiple sclerosis, so the extra work is not an easy task.

Anyway, we got behind one month on our house payment and have been unable to catch up.  Our bank is demanding two months (the behind month plus this month) payment within 48 hours.  I don't have it and don't know what to do.

im a single mother and i can sleep well,im scare if somebody is lok my door to tell me i have to live the house.i have a lot of bills to pay but i work i receive per month but sometimes i never see my money because i have just pay bills,i has to pay 3 house council,my rent is now arear,wather,gas,electricity,by some food,montly bus tiket for me and for my son is too much for me ,i cry every day because i scar to much about this.please help me

Im not even sure what this site is for other than just having people out there who know what im going through. I have spent the last few years wondering if im going to be able to hang on. Im an adult survivor of child abuse and sexual abuse. For most of my life I have been able to maintain, but recently I feel like im comming apart. Im sure most of it is related to the fact that my life latley is so out of control. The economy is so bad right now that the stress level's have reached an all time high. I know im not the only one out here suffering, I just feel like I am.  I was diagnosed with Post Tramatic Stress Syndrome, re-occuring depression, Severe Panic and Anxiety. So with all this going on the lack of money isn't helping. I know what I need to do, and I want to be able to do it, I just cant. And I know what your thinking not with that attitude, but I used to have a great attitude, I just lost it somewhere down the road. My husband is Disabled with a bad Back and Knee, It makes it hard because we are trying to maintain a house and raise 3 kids on his disability pay and it just doesnt work.. I've tried everything. I have tried to work and tried to go to school but I just cant finish anything. I start out great and then fizzle. It gets so bad I get so over whelmed I cant continue I start getting panic attacks and then im done. If anyone can offer suggestions Im open. Anything.

Mother of 5 year old with Leukemia and Developmental delays. I am needing help with transportation costs and related expenses of getting him back and forth to do the doctor and therapy sessions.

I AM A 38 SINGLE PARENTS OF 3 WONDERFUL BOYS.I CAME TO CHICAGO BECAUSE I WAS IN A BAD ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP. HE TRIED TO KILL ME TWICE. MY SELF ESTEEM WAS GONE. WE STAYED IN A SHELTER FOR 4MONTHS UNTIL I GOT ON MY FEET. I AM A MEDICAL ASSISTANT/CERTIFIED PHLEBOTOMIST. JUST RECENTLY IN DEC'2007 MY 2YR OLD WAS DIAGNOIS WITH DIABETES. SO NOW I CAN'T WORK FOR AWHILE. I'VE FILLED OUT ALL THE STATE FUNDS THERE IS. BUT I'M ALSO ABOUT TO LOOSE MY HOME.I HAVE SO MANY BILL COLLECTORS CALLING MY HOUSE. I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLETE COLLEGE IN BUSINESS HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT. AND ALSO IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME FIX MY BATHROOM. WHEN I BOUGHT THE HOUSE IT SEEMED GOOD. BUT AFTER 2WKS OF BEING IN THE HOME, I STARTED HAVING ALOT OF PROBLEM BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THEM FIXED.I'M AFRAID OF MY KIDS CATCHING SOMETHING, MY 15YR OLD IS A CHRONIC ASTHMATIC AND ONE OF HIS BIGGEST ALLERGIES IS MOLD. THE DOCTOR STATE THAT THE BABY SHOULD NOT BE AROUND IT. SO PLEASE SOMEONE HELP OR GIVE ME SOME ADVISE

I am 31 years old and was diagnosed in the last 2and1/2 years with multiple disabilities.  The first of wich is arthritis, fibromyalgia, arthralgia, osteoperosis, 2 bulging discs in my back and finally I have to have major brain surgery.  I am asking  from the bottom of my heart, if anybody knows of any organization or donation fund, please let me know.  After my surgery I will be laid up for 6 weeks. We need help with bills PLEASE!!!!!!

HI, MY NAME IS SHAMPREE FRETWELL, I AM 15, AND I HAVE BEEN CUTTING MY SELF SINCE THE YEAR OF 2007. I DO IT FOR CERTIAN REASONS AND BECAUSE WHEN I AM SAD IT MAKES ME FEEL A LOT BETTER THAN WHAT I DID BEFORE I CUT.I DO IT WITH MY COUSINS, MY FRIENDS, AND MYSELF. WHEN I HAVE SOME ONE THERE CUTTING WITH ME IT MAKES ME FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE THAN BY MYSELF AND WITH SOME ONE WHO HAS NEVER DONE IT BEFORE. MAYBE ONE DAY WHEN I HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO STOP MYSELF I WILL BUT UNTIL THEN I WILL ALWAYS FIND A WAY TO CUT MYSELF.

HELLO, I'VE JUST RECENTLY BEEN ACCEPTED INTO NURSING SCHOOL AND I AM NEEDING ASSISTANCE WITH PAYING FOR NURSING SCHOOLS.  I REALLY NOT UP ON WHERE I CAN GET FUNDING AND I HAVE NOT SO GOOD CREDIT TO GET A PRIVATE LOAN.  I WILL GRADUATE WITH A BA IN THE FALL AND WILL BE BEGINNING NURSING SCHOOL AS WELL.
