I have been diagnosed with heart problems and a growth on my thyroid, at the SAME TIME!  We have no insurance so the bills are piling up fast.  I have to have a procedure done in the hospital and it costs $6,000 just to get in the door! 

Does anyone know where I can seek help with these bills?  We don't make much money but it doesn't seem like we qualify for Medicaid.  THanks!

hello, i'm not the type of person who normally asks for help, but i find myself in a situation to do so.

i'm facing eviction, my employment has been a few days here and there. i dont know what else to do. i am seeking full-time work, but i need some financial help before i'm put out on the street.

i tried help from the local community programs, in one case i had to be one in 15 callers, you can imagine, right. i just need help right now. i need at least $500 to get caught up, until i become gainfully employed again.

I am writing this letter with the hope that someone out there can give a fellow brother a helping hand.  I am a Police Officer and a veteran of the Gulf War.  I am drowning in bills right now.  I had shoulder surgery in December last year and I have been out of work for three months.  Unfortunatley for me, my injury happened while off duty so I had to use up all my sick days and vacation days.  I am still short on covering all the time I had to take off.  I was out from the 12/15/06 until 3/17/07.  I just recently got cleared for full duty again so I am working all the extra hours I can to keep my head above water. 

What I need right now is either any kind of financial donation that anyone can spare or information on a financial institution that will help me consolidate 30,000.00 dollars in debt to one payment that I can make every month to help me get on my feet again.

My wife has recently passed away and left me with her 6 year old daughter from a previous marriage. her ex husband was a drug addict and over dosed and when she and I married I adopted our little girl as if she were my own. My wife was killed in an auto accident about seven months ago leaving our daughter without a mother. I have done the best I can and have provided as much of a home as possible but with costs of funeral and schooling and child care I have been stretched to the limit financially. I am one step away from bankruptcy and losing my daughter. I am the only family she knows and I don't want to see her bounced from home to home because I was not capable finacially. Please help me keep my daughter and give her a stable home. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My husband Bruce was just diagnosed with bone cancer in his left arm.He has a chondrosarcoma tumor (bone cancer).

Because of his diagnosis he has had to quit his job and we are getting farther and farther behind on our bills.

We have applied for help but it can takes months before we receive anything.

In the meantime I am here to plead for your help.

Bruce is due to start aggressive chemo therapy soon and we have no medical insurance.

If you could find it in your heart to give,we would be forever greatful.

My husband and I have always given to different charties in the past such as cancer because I lost my mother and one brother to cancer.

Please help us in anyway you can.
