update ******update****** today is may 24, 2008 and All i can say is that i have been blessed. a week ago i was wondering where i was going to live or how i was going to pay for it now i am very pleased to say that i am blessed. i got a job in my fiend of engineering yesterday and i got approved for an apartment. my only strugle right now is that i need 500 to pay the deposit and move in amount. i know that god is going to work it out!!!. my kids are safe and I have my sword and my shield to comfort me . i can say one good thing that has come for this is that we areback at church and this isnt just for the moment. up until two years ago i was in the church directing the daycare and doing everything i could to up lift the name of GOd. Then I think my head got big and one sunday after another i found a reason why not to go. then about four months ago. God started dealing with me lol. it;s not funny in the funny way it is funny in that he has delt with me alright. he has humbled me in ways that i never thought that i could have been dealt with. and i'm glad because i am a new creature in Christ. Really i just wanted to let any one know that is going through it is going to be ok. If you are reading this my God bless you and your entire family. it's going to be alright. keep your head up and understand that you are truly blessed. pray for me because i am praying for all of you. thank you

BELOW IS MY OLD MESSAGE. HOWEVER TODAY IS A NEW DAY NOT THAT MY HOUSING PROBLEMS OR MONEY ISSUES HAVE BEEN SOLVED. BUT TODAY IS A NEW DAY!!!!GOD TOUCHED ME AND MY FAMILY WITH THAT FINGER OF LOVE AND WE ALL AWOKE THIS MORNING. I UNDERSTAND THAT TROUBLES DONT LAST ALWAYS. PLEASE AFTER, DURING, OR WHEN EVER GOD PUTS IT IN YOUR HEART PRAY FOR EVERYONE THATS GOING THROUGH.

1 PETER5:8-11

8Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

10And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. 11To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.

EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE OK FOR ME AND EVERYONE IN THIS WORLD!!! AS LONG AS WE PRAY!!!I'M GIVING ALL OF MY TROUBLES TO THE LORD GOD... AND I'M GOING TO BE STEADFAST IN MY WAYS!! THE THINGS THAT ARENT OF GOD IN MY LIFE I AM RIDDING MY SELF OF THEM. IF IN A WEEK WE HAVE TO MOVE FROM THIS HOUSE. IT MAKES ME SAD BUT I'M OK IT'S A MATERIAL THING THAT I CANT TAKE WITH ME WHEN I GO TO STAND BEFORE GOD. THIS LIFE THESE SITUATIONS ARE JUST FOR A SMALL TIME WHEN I GO TO HEAVEN IT'S GOING TO BE ALL GOOD!!!!AND EVEN BEFORE THEN(GOD WILLING) IT GOING TO BE ALRIGHT!!! SO IF YOUR GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW JUST KNOW IT'S GOING TO BE OK WHAT EVER YOUR PROBLEMS ARE.SMILE ........FROM YOU HEART OUT THROUGH YOU FACE IT WILL BE OK AND YOU WILL FEEL BETTER

Comment: FINALLY, THE ARRESTS BEGIN!...

Note: This aidpage was started as a comment on "Home page of Shell09"

FINALLY, THE ARRESTS BEGIN! On Thursday, June 21, 2007 my attorney received a phone call from The Inspector General’s office stating the Federal Grand Jury @ the Middle District of Florida in Orlando has indicted the first person I alleged was embezzling funds from my AIDS patients and clients, Ebony Davis. She was arrested and posted bond, pleading, “not guilty.” The status conference is July 12, 2007.  And the five (5) day trial begins August 1, 2007. The US Attorney in charge, Cynthia Hawkins has asked the Federal Grand Jury for the five (5) day trial. According to the Inspector General's Office, because of the statute of limitations they were only able to indict on $2,180.  However, I am sure that the US Attorney would not have asked the Federal Grand Jury and the judge for a five (5) day trial for $2,180 alone.

Ex-Aids worker charged in theft of $2,182

Ex-Aids worker charged in theft of $2,182
By ANNE GEGGIS
Staff Writer
A fired employee of a now-defunct AIDS agency was arrested Thursday on
federal charges that she embezzled government money meant to pay for the
housing of AIDS patients.
Ebony Davis, 29, of Daytona Beach is accused of stealing at least $2,182 while she was an employee for the AIDS Coalition of VolusiaFlagler, according to court papers. She pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released.              That agency closed its doors last July when it ran out of funding. The former chairwoman of the coalition's board couldn't be
reached for comment on what role the alleged embezzlement played in the agency's demise.
Davis' arrest is only the beginning of federal charges against former AIDS Coalition workers, according to Michele Egan-Byron, a former case manager at the coalition who went to authorities when she found financial irregularities.
Egan-Byron, now living in Palm Beach County, said she discovered missing money at the agency when she sought federal funds that provide housing and living expenses for AIDS patients. She was told they had already accessed their funds - and there was no more money - even though her dients told her they hadn't used it.
She said Davis sent vouchers to a federal housing program for AIDS patients and arranged for her father to receive those funds as the patients'landiord. ''The landlord gets paid the money directly," Egan-Byron said.
Davis, who didn't return a phone call Thursday, was fired from the AIDS Coalition in late 2002 - but charges were never pressed. Davis later went to work a senior health educator at Stewart-Marchman Center for Chemical Independence, where she worked from February 2004 until last March.
After Davis' departure from the AIDS Coalition, however, money continued to go missing from the same fund, Egan-Byron said. Soon after that, Egan-Byron said she began having trouble at work and she was fired in December 2002.
Following that firing, Egan-Byron's ex-husband was able to get temporary custody of her son after a former AIDS Coalition colleague testified at a hearing that she was "delusional" in reporting the goings-on at the coalition, court papers show.
An official with the U.S. District Attorney for the Middle District of Florida said the investigation is continuing. U.S. Magistrate Judge David Baker agreed in U.S. District Court in Orlando Thursday with a request from Assistant U.S.
Attorney Cynthia Hawkins that Davis be monitored for drugs because of evidence that she is abusing them.

I found out about Aidpage tonight. It's hard to read about how many of us are really hurting in America. My wife Miki and I have been called to share what we know and lend a genuine hand-up to our brothers and sisters. We feel that this is the best way for us to be of service and give back to our community.

We have been married for nearly 6 years. During this time we have had good times, hard times and harder times. Finances were our main issue and the root of a lot of tension and worry in our home. Of course, we blamed eachother. I can see why it is the number one cause of divorce in our country. It tested our comittment and almost broke us up a few times. Not to mention how the kids felt. So much uncertainty and that's one thing kids need is certainty. I think we all do.

It was only after we got silent and surrendered to God's will for our lives that the answer was given. And just in the nick of time (God's funny that way I'll have to ask him about that someday haha) Our home was saved. Our spirits renewed. God has put it on our heart's to share our story with everyone who is reaching out in prayer at this time.

Because so many of the situations on Aidpage are very urgent, we want to get right to helping people get back on their feet, moving in a positive direction. The help we are offering may or may not be what you require. You decide. Learn about the programs, crunch the numbers ask questions. Then make a decision based on all the facts.

Here's what Miki and I did.

2 Easy Steps. Two times. Honest.

1.  We signed up for a FREE 10 Day Trial Membership at  www.greenwiz.com/members/gary. It is an educational site dedicated to plants and flowers from around the world. You even make money during this period from anyone you refer who becomes a paid ($5 a month) member. We shared with people that they could receive a 10 Day Free Trial. No credit card needed. Ever. If after the trial you see the incredible value in the program go ahead and start paying your $5 a month membership fee. If not send nothing.

2. 3 ($5 a month) partners do the same.

And again 2 Followed 2 Easy Steps.

1. Signed up for a FREE 10 Day Trial Membership at  www.cookin-fun/members/gary A really great site, dedicated to the love of cookin' and sharing favourite recipes. And again made money during this period from anyone we reffered who becomes a paid ($10 a month) member. Again, if after the trial you choose to continue, send in your $10 a month payment.

2. 3 partners

I couldn't believe how easy it seemed, I kept doing the math over and over again trying to find the flaw until I was convinced.

3  people tell 3  that = 9 people $10.80 a month for you already

Those 9 tell their 3, that's 27 in your group $31.05

Each of those 27 people tell 3 friends you've just made $71.55 this month for your family

Now this where it gets very exciting!

Since everyone is following the same formula those 81 folks sign up 3 Aidmates. That's now 243 people who are helping you and who you are helping too. That month's income is up to $193.05. Not too shabby for 5 bucks and some effort

243 people share with 3 and $557.55 is on its way to you

And ultimately those 243 souls pay it forward and help just 3 others on their way to healing and bam! you now have an income of $1979.10. Forever.

I am including links to both payment plans.

http://www.cookin-fun.com/cgi-bin/view.cgi/main/miki/opportun.html

Of course you can help out as many other people as you want. This will build your team faster and help others find their 3.

I know some of you must be thinking 'no way, there's got to be a catch'. This time there is no catch. It is 100% legal and above board. Both sites are run by the same friendly, helpful and caring people. There is a tangible service that goes along with the subscription and they are charging a very reasonable monthly fee. So no, it is not a pyramid scheme, an illegal gifting program or get rich quick scam.

There are no promises or guarantees. It's up to us if we succeed at this or anything else. The potential is there and that was more than we had at the time.

This is only the beginning for us. We have our eye on many more  programs of this kind and our team is going to the top. We are determined to create a beautiful, prosperous life for our family and want to bring along as many people as we can. No one makes it alone. With God's Grace and guidance we can all prosper by helping one another succeed.

Hope you'll join us. Any questions or concerns at all, get back to us.

Thanks. Merry Christmas and God Bless every one.

Gary and Miki Angel

Single mom w/ three boys needs Christmas for them!!!

Hi.  My name is Wendy and I'm a single mother of three boys ages 13, 11 and 5.  I divorced the boys' father in October and he is going to court tomorrow (on onther charges) and receiving 3 - 5 years.  Needless to say, he won't be w/ the boys for Christmas.  I work full time and do the best I can do, but it's barely enough to cover rent, food and necessities.  Thank you and God bless you in advance.

NEED HELP FOR KIDS PRESENTS

Hi you all,

I am just glad that there is site like this out there.  I am extremely enthused this year about the holidays.  Last year I had a baby boy named Ajani on 12-1-05, what a Blessing.  Ajani has a big sister named Asiya.  When I think about how wonderful a daughter I have I sometimes tear up.  Numerous teachers and neighbors comment on her character, one teacher stated that "I wish I had 100 students like her." you know I was beaming.  What it comes down to is that I was laid off from my job July 6, 2006, then two days later Asiya and Ajani's Dad was laid off, but we pushed on I have found some part time work and am starting a business and Dad just started working about three weeks ago, but only makes minimum wage. We need to catch up on water, electric, and gas bills so I am so scared that I won't be able to honor my sweet helpful little girl. I mean this girl really sticks up for the "underdogs".  Please if you can see fit to assist me in anyway, my hope will be restored that it is okay to be human and ask for help sometimes.  I just want to see a true smile on Asiya's face Christmas Day.

Thank you for your time and God Bless you all.

Your help will bless not only my family, but your own as well

I am a single mother of 3 (2 are still at home). I work very hard, however it is not enough to maintain. We have moved 7 times in less than 4 years. With each move, I thought for sure that my ex would be called in front of the judge and ordered to pay child support so that we could afford to stay where we were. Now nearly 4 years later that still has not happened. We have landed a nice home in a nice neighborhood and are praying that somehow the finances come through to allow us to stay. I am trusting that the Lord will put a better paying job or some other financial breakthrough in our path. I am actively looking, I do not sit home with fingers crossed hoping Ed McMann (spelling?) knocks on my door.

Humbling as it is, I am reaching out to the kindness of others to help us. And I am a firm believer that your blessing to us will return to you 10 fold. I certainly will be praying for that for you. Your kindness and generosity are greatly appreciated.

Bless you,

Denise W.

am a new member and my name is DeLayne Stewart. I would just like to say God Bless to all and Happy Holidays. I hope everyone is ingood health and all your children are blessed with a gift this year. I am a single father recently laid off from my job (shortly after thanksgiving). Me and my children just moved into an apartment on the east side of Columbus, Ohio. Recently...recently as in "on Thanksgiving Day". Well needless to say I have no money at all for Christmas this year. My daughter just turned 8 years old on Friday (14th) and I wish you could have seen went I went through to make the day SEEM like a birthday. It was my last few bucks, along with a few more borrowed, but I worked it out. I am a proud man at times, but humble when appropriate. I don't like to ask for anything from anybody, most of the time. But I am a man and can accept when I need help. I cannot accept no Christmas for my children. My son is 13. I have full custody and have had for the past 5 years. It has been rough, but my long time friend/girlfriend/ex girlfriend (tricky, huh?), has been a gem at helping me whenever she could in any way. As I have done with her and her children. We are no longer together but I still feel obligated to her two boys (12 & 14) to do something for them. They are great boys too. Dwight, the 14 year old is on honor roll and has been for quite some time now. Arthur, he's 12 he is picking back up. He was slipping but is showing outstanding improvement. Very respectful. Good kids . All attending inner city schools. I love all my children. All I ask is if you can help out in ANY way. A Bratz poster... a Marvel comic book... heck I'll take coupons for free food. I really have nothing this year, and I know the TRUE meaning of Christmas. I know it has nothing to do with toys. My boys know that there isnt a Santa Clause (but they know they better keep a lid on it), but my daughter is currently deciding what kind of cookies to leave out for the big guy in the red suit.  They are very humble and appreciative children. They work very hard in school (inner city youth), are very respectful, and I love them very, very much. I will take anything. The ages are Dwight(14), DeLavonte (13), Arthur Lee (12),DeLayne Jr. (12), and MeLayna (turned 8 on 12/14). Anything lightly used but not badly bruised is fine too. Arthur has some learning issues so educational items are welcome as well. All have been on honor roll since the fall, and they deserve better than I can provide this year. I live in Columbus, Ohio. I am a single father. Please help... anyone. God Bless

In Need of Help
In desperate need of help! For the past two years I have been having problems out of my now 14yr old son.  My older son was shot five times because, my 14yr old had a charlie horse and kicked dirt on a young man's pants while they were at a park. Since then he has been acting out. I have have went above and beyond trying to get help and conseling for him. He was on the honor role and started receiving failing grades because he refused to gto school. I have went as far as filing an ungovernable petition to have him court ordered to go to school, stay from certain places and so-called friends. As a mother of four young men I try to be firm, but fair. My requirements of my children are simple, go to school, keep your room clean, don't use drugs and Be a Something and Somebody instead of a Nothing and Nobody! On March 04, 2008 my 14 year old son was home after refusing to go to school. I then questioned him about being home once again. He then started yelling at me, saying that "he hate me", and telling me that "he will Knock me out"! I  threw a paint brush at him and  he balled up his fist and said that, "he will knock me out".After being threatned by my on child I called 911 and  I waited on the police.Once the police arrived one of the officers said that , "as a mother you have every right to discipline your children especially if they are rude and disrespectful". The officers then left and a female officer returned to tell me that she was training the other officer and he was wrong and that "I did not have a right to discipline". I was on the phone with my mother and I was telling her what the officer said. I explained to her that I work everyday and that My Children Must Abide By The Rules. She then told me to hang up the phone, but she never read me my rights or told me that she was placing me under arrest. I told her that "I did not do anything wrong". She then grabbed my arm and yelled for another officer, he came in and stomped on my foot and slapped me on my neck pulling me down the stairs. After falling down the stairs I was told if I did not put my hands behind my back they was going to taser me. They took me to the police station, although they never read me my rights. I told them that I needed medical care because I had no feeling in my toes and they were bleeding. I was taken to the hospital, once examined I had to get stitches in one of my toes and the other one was broken. I was then taken to PBSO Jail and booked on domestic battery on my son who was very disrespectful to me. Now I am on a leave from my job, because once release I was seen by two other doctors who refused to let me work due to foot, shoulder and lower back injuries I sustained from the Officers using excessive force.  All I want to do is be the best mother to my children. It's so much crime and gang activity where we live and I don't  want my kids to become apart of that. I am in need of some financial help or resources. If you can Help me please send the prayers, financial assistance or resource information to  Juanetta Lewis 182 East 28th Street Riviera Beach, Florida 33404 or email me at Lewis2davis@aol.com .Thank you in advance, pray for me and God Bless You!

I know there are others in greater need than I, and it's a little embarassing posting here.  I simply made a financial mistake, and as a result I can't feed my family or pay my mortgage this month.  It was my fault- no one to blame.  I have a decent income and can repay a loan, but with my credit in the toilet and being self employed I can't get a conventional loan.  I just need to catch up.  I also have a vibrant ministry (church unification) which is going to have to be put on hold.  I need help to support my family and hopefully pursue my ministry.

So many people

Hello. I really don't know where to begin. I wasn't really sure if I should post anything on this site not because of need but because of the magnitude of my needs vs. everyone else's need. As I sat here for a minute I thought about how this site suppose to work. From there I made the decision to ask for help. I do need help! ........Let me tell you a story............. Six months ago I meet a gentleman who came into my club to work out. Before I spoke to him I watched him closely for a couple of days. There was something about this guy that I just could not figure out. He had a calmness about himself. Finally I went to speak to him and he introduced himself as a pastor of a church and he invited me to come and worship with him. Well, I told him, I work on Sundays but as soon as I a day off I'll come see you. I had no intention of going but I felt like that was appropriate. Two weeks went by and I happen to see him again. He asks me, Hey doc, I thought you were coming to see me. I looked him the eyes and told him again, I work on Sundays as soon as I get a day off I'll come see you. The pastor looked at me and said which changed my life, A MAN THAT DOESN'T HAVE TIME FOR HIS FAMILY AND HIS OWN SALVAITION IS NOT A MAN. When he told me that I immediately drop my head to the floor and checked myself. This was the Truth. I've considered myself a man but deep down there was always something missing. I didn't have God in my life. Well I went home that night and I told my wife that I meet this pastor and he told me that a man that does not have time for etc. She looked at me and said well maybe you need to go. Two weeks later I went and let me tell you. The message that I got that Sunday was for me just like the messages I've got every Sunday and Wednesday since I've joined the church. I've begin to create a new life print with God's help. I've asked God to allow me to be a leader. I now am a leader in my church. I've asked good to take certain things out of my life. Now I don't smoke. My wife now respects me in a new order. I've asked God to increase my income. Now I make double the money.

Well I guess you asked why I am here since I make double the money. Simple, I still have residue from my old life print that is still affecting my new life print. I was not making the money in the beginning and as a result I payday loans to help keep the lights on or provide food for the family or pay other bills. I don't know if any of you are familiar with payday loans but it is easy to get the loan but it is extremely hard to pay it off. As a result I owe about $5,000. So that is why I'm here. I would love to get back in the game or to be on level playing field again.

Back to my statement earlier about how this site works. This site is intended to lend a hand to those who need help. For it to work properly those that have been helped should help others who are in need. From there you will continue to receive blessings.

PS. My wife calls me a good brother now!
