I NEED HELP PAY BY BILLS

My name is Debi Savoy I was diagonised with brest cancer in October 06. I have not been able to work since then because of the weekly trips to Galeston, Tx which is 3 hours away from my home.  I had a lumpectomy surgery in December 06 when I went back to the surgeon and he said the didn't get it all and I would have to have a macetomy on April 23, 2007 then I had to have a surgery because the breast would not heal.  Then I went back the next week and had to have an emergency surgery because I had and infection behind the expander they had but in when the did the first surgery.  They told me to wait 6 week before they would start over with the procedures needed to rebuild my breast.  So they told me to go ahead with the histrectomy which I will have on June 11th, 2007 and be down another 8 weeks and then we will be start over with the breast reconstruction.  I am a single mom and have not been able to work since May of 06.  My mom was helping me but she is 70 years old and has not been able to work for the last couple of months.  I am desprite, I need help.  To make matter worse September 2005 when hurricane Rita came through I lost my house and had no Insurance on it so I have been dealing with South East Texas Regional Commission and they say may by September they will do something for me and my daughter we are living in a travel travel trailer for the last two years.  I'm a very independent person but I need help at this time and I looking anywhere and everywhere for that help.  hopefully soon this will be over and my live will go back to some normal life. I would love it.

SO, YOU WANT TO KNOW MY STORY? SOMEDAY IT WILL BE A BEST SELLER. I HAVE THE WORST GOOD LUCK. HOW DO YOU FIGURE? WELL, IF ALL THE BAD THINGS HAD NOT HAPPENED, THE GOOD THINGS THAT I AM THANKFUL FOR MIGHT NOT BE. I AM A SINGLE DAD, RESENTLY WIDOWED IN THE LAST THREE YEARS. I HAVE THREE GIRLS THAT I HAVE FROM PREVIOUS RELATIONS THAT LIVE WITH ME. MY WIFE, WHO I SHARED NO CHILDEN WITH HAD 5 OF HER OWN, 4 OF WHICH ARE STILL OVERSEAS. THEY ARE STUCK THEIR BECAUSE I HAVE RUN OUT OF MONEY TO HELP THEM. THEIR MOTHER DIED OF BREAST CANCER BEFORE WE FINISHED THEIR VISAS. THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE US, AND UNTIL WE HAD HER GREEN CARD BEFORE SHE DIED, THEY HAD NOT SEEN HER IN 8 YEARS. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT SHE NEGLECTED HER HEALTH TO THE VERY END BECAUSE SHE DID NOT WANT TO BURDEN ME ANY MORE THAN WHAT WAS GOING ON IN MY LIFE WITH THE PROBLEMS WITH THE KIDS I ALREADY HAD WITH MY GIRLS' MOTHER HERE. I PAY CHILD SUPPORT AND MEDICAL AND I HAVE MY GIRLS WITH ME!!!. i CANT AFFORD TO PAY THE COURTS TO FIX THAT BECASE I OWE THEM MONEY.i AM BEHIND ON MY TAXES BECAUSE I NEED EVERY DIME TO SUPPORT THE ONES OVER THERE AND TO KEEP A ROOF OVER OUR HEADS HERE. WHEN YOU ARE A DAD, THEY AUTOMATICALLY CALL YOU A DEADBEAT IF THE MOTHER SAYS SO. MY CREDIT REPORT IS ALL MESSED UP DO TO THE BILLS AND THE CHILD SUPPORT THAT I DONT OWE! I AM ASKING FOR HELP BECUASE I AM AT THE END OF MY ROPE. I WORK EVERYDAY AND MAKE OKAY MONEY, BUT THE PAST DOGS WHATEVER FINACIAL SUCCESS I HAVE.IF I HAD SOME MONEY THAT WASN'T ALREADY SPENT BEFORE IT CAME I COULD MAKE IT WORK. RIGHT NOW MY SITUATION IS THIS, I CANT CHOOSE BETWEEN THEM OVER THERE AND MY GIRLS HERE. IT WAS HER DYING WISH TO SEE THEM HERE. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN LET THEM COME TO HER FUNERAL BECAUSE IMMAGRATION WAS AFRAID THEY WOULD STAY. I AM STRUGGLING TO DO THE RIGHT THING, BUT WITHOUT SOME HELP FROM SOMEWHERE I DONT KNOW WHAT I WILL DO. i PROMISE THAT ANY HELP GIVEN WILL BE GIVEN BACK DOUBLE TO SOMEONE ELSE WHEN I GET ON MY FEET AGAIN. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP YOU GIVE.
Need help to keep going and paying my bills

Breast cancer, took me away from my life for a critical year in the development of my professional practice. I mediate parenting and custody agreements. I am a single mom of two small kids. Extended family abroad and unable to help me. Having a very difficult time and suffer from too much pride. Rhis feels anonymous enough.  Cancer in remission and started working again. I help people. Biggest problem is I dont charge enough for my services and end feeling sorry for everyone and so give much away for free or very reduced cost. I know - stupid, but they are desperate too and I have to help them.

Hi!

I'm a 37 yr old woman in S Florida. Last year on May 21st my doctor told me I had breast cancer. I had a lumpectomy in May and started Chemo.. which is horrific! I finished my chemo in November and was about to start radiation. My radiation oncologist wanted me to have an MRI before she started and guess what.. more cancer :( The chemo was totally useless because the type I have is very agressive.

So on Jan 15th of 08 I had a bilateral mastectomy. I'm currently undergoing reconstruction. It takes a while to stretch your skin back out.

On top of all of that.. one day at the hospital they were stabbing me with needles. 11 that day and it hurt so badly I clenched my jaw so tight and cracked a tooth. (just what I needed!) but when you are undergoing cancer treatment you cannot have dental work done.. so add that pain to my chemo sickness and life was quite grand!

but now I'm finished with my treatments (except the breast reconstruction) and I need dental work done. I have insurance but it is craptacular. I just need some help. Maybe someone who can let me pay over time or donated services would be great. I'm not asking for a free ride, just someone who can let me pay over time.

I went to see a dentist on my insurance plan and he said after my insurance it would cost around $11,000 to fix my teeth. I ended up with 6 cavities and need 4 crowns etc etc etc!!! JEEEEZ!

I just want to get on with my life. It is really hard when your hair is about an inch long (at least I'm not bald anymore), you have no breasts and your teeth look like crap.

Of course all that but I am still glad to be alive!!! And I am very thankful to be here! I just wish I could feel pretty again.

If you know anyone who can help me please email me at imsati@gmail.com!

Hi....I have breast cancer but rather than sit back and feel sorry for myself, I've decided to do something to help other women with similar diagnoses. As we all know, this is a frustrating disease and one that affects every one of our families in one way or another. Your wife, your daughter, your mother, your aunt, etc.

I'm writing here to find some help in filling and distributing care packages to women with breast cancer. While I am traveling down my own "pink chapter" as I refer to it, I found there were things I needed to be organized and things that were just comforting and I wanted to save other women from having to search out these things and buying them. As we can see from posts on this site alone, insurance is a big problem, so are daily living expenses and while I don't ask for myself for those things (even tho I'm in the same situation as many in that regard), I am asking for donations to help me fill these care packages for women.

If you want more information, or wish to see my photo, please look at the website I've started toward this effort of giving. You'll find it at www.columbuspinkgive.com .

Please help me fill these care packages and provide whatever little comfort I can to cancer diagnosed women.

Breast cancer

Hello,

I want to thank everyone for their time and contributions. My co-worker just recently found out she has breast cancer, it was a shock and a quick process to get her in to surgery, with a short notice. She is going to need help paying her doctor bills and morgage as she takes time off to recover and go thru extensive chemotheragpy. She is strong and I have no doubt about her fight against the cancer. She deserves the stability to be able to recover peacefully without having to worring about the bills and the roof over her head. I can not thank you enough for wanting to help or any suggestions on agencies who could help for such a cause.

All women should feel vulnerable to breast cancer and support fund raising for breast cancer as well. Any contribution will help, thanks again for your time and prayers. I would love nothing more than to help someone who is in need, with such a tramatic experience.

God Bless...please feel free to contact me with any suggestion or help @ ms_lenox@yahoo.com

Please tell ten friends to tell ten today! The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "donating a mammogram" for free (pink window in the middle).

This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising.

Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.

We have just found out that my wife Bonnie is diagnosed with stage III Breast Cancer.  She will need to go through extensive tests within the next two weeks to determine if the cancer has spread throughout her body or not.  Being only 47 yeras old you can imagine how deeply worried we are.  Bonnie already has Fybromialgia and coupled with Chemo therapy beginning next month we anticipate her being out of work for several months.

Losing her as a secondary income will be devastating for us.  We are meeting with an attorney next week to initiate bankruptcy procedings.  If we didn't go that route we would definitely lose our home and everything else in a very short time.  Even after this step there is no garauntee I can afford our 1st & 2nd mortgage by myself.

I am a former Police Officer who has since changed careers after relocating.  I am also an active Volunteer Firefighter (Lieutenant) in my town and have thoroughly enjoyed serving others for more than 15 years in such capacity.  It is so hard for me to write this but this humbling experience widens our eyes as to how fragile our bodies are and can now sympathize with all the rest of you who are in need.

If you are in a position to help us in any way get through this and make it through this treacherous year I implore you to search your heart and do so.  I deeply love my wife of fifteen years and cannot write in words what she means to me.  There is so much more I would love to give to her or places where I would like to take her but jut cant do so with the finacial burden before us.  I can only pray that she makes it through this and we can enjoy each other for many more years.

Thanks for reading this post.

Please help our family

I know none of you no me but my family and I are in need of help.  My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer in February.  We just finished the chemo and etc about two months ago.  We now are preparing for another surgery on the 28th of this month.  This has placed a terrible financial burden on us to the point that we could loose our house and vehicles.  We have a 10 year old and 16 year old daughters and we are living paycheck to paycheck falling further and further behind.  I pray someone will be kind enough to help a hurting family.  My wife has been emotionally struck this year with her cancer and other family issues as one of her brothers had a heart transplant on July 4th  and one was hurt seriously in an accident.  Please help if you can, we don't wanna be rich we just want out of trouble.

My name is Russ and I'm from CoeurD'alene, Idaho. I have been living in Illinois for the past 6 years with my wife and son. The past 5 years have not been easy for our family. My wife lost a son to colon cancer 5 years ago {21} and just as of last year my wife's daughter {23} was diagnosed with colon cancer. Four weeks after her surgery she developed a secondary malignancy of the brain {glioblastoma multiform}. In January of this year my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. My family has a rare genetic disorder called Turcot Syndrome. The whole situation has taken its toll on our family in many ways.Financially we are basically destroyed. We are physically and emotionally drained. Throughout this ordeal we have been spiritually taxed. We are not, and will not, say anything negative about God. There are just so many questions we have that cannot be answered at this time. It's just that when you face a situation like ours you tend to ask alot of hard questions and there are no easy answers. I have recently met a web master at a church I was going to. He was kind enough help us with a web site that will enable us to tell our story and to find some help for our family. Please feel free to visit the site and to read about us. If you feel you can offer our family some help we would be so grateful. Thank you for reading this. www.prieurfamily.com your welcome to read our story thank you.
