My cat has been through a lot. Coming to me after being a shelter cat, I can`t even pretend to know the hardships she had before I rescued her 8 years ago. She is now 12 years old, and has a deadly disease.

 I must have gone through half a dozen vets, all of them telling me that they "arent quite sure if there`s anything wrong with her". They ran full diagnosis test, including blood, urine, fecese x-rays, you name it. Nothing! I must have spent over $3,000 on this, and noone is telling me exactly what is wrong. Until recently. Cryptoccus Neoformans- an extremely rare and DEADLY disease which is contracted from a fungus in PIGEON DROPPINGS... now that makes NO sense whatsoever since my cat is strictly an indoor cat and has NO contact with any other animals.

The cost of this medication is extreme. I got laid off and can barely make enough to feed us right now- especially with all the costs of just finding out the diagnosis. I don`t want my cat to suffer- she has constant diarreah, breaths SO heavily, coughs, and now there`s blood in her stool. I don`t want to put her to sleep. I love her, care about her, and need desperately for us to get through this illness so she can continue to be her normal affectionate spunky self. I just need enough to pay for her 2 month supply(over $700), and then after that i`m pretty sure i`ll have another job and be back on my feet enough to pay for any other costs.

Please Please Please help us! I`m mortified that I might lose my best friend just because I can`t pay for her medication. Anything would help greatly, and would be very appreciated. You can contact me at slana497@aol.com

Please help my person!  She just needs a hand paying some of the bills right now.  She would be fine if she never got involved with that "bad man" but it's too late now. He ran up the bills and then she had to kick him out and of course he's gone and never paid  back a dime. 

I was hit by a car while riding my motorcycle home from work last month.  My femur and both my hands were broken.  I have not been able to work since and cannot pay my rent this month.  My girlfriend will be able to pay my rent starting next month, but this month my eight cats and I need help.  I've lived in my house for seven years and don't want to lose it.  It's expensive where I live and difficult to get into a place without a lot of money.  If I lose this place, I'll be homeless.  Is there anyone out there who can help?

About 6 months ago; our cat, DaisyMae, was diagnosed with cancer of the bladder.  We had never even considered this as a possibility... But, when a doctor tells you that you can save your friend if you have the $$$$ or she will die, you just cant say no.  She is expected to make a full recovery, which is so wonderful, she is only 3 years old.  The whole thing so far has cost $6575.00. Some people think we are crazy or just stupid.  Maybe so, but it was a small price to pay to keep my DaisyMae around for hopefully at least 10 more years.  After all that we find ourselves about $4000 behind, rent is 2 months behind and we have been given an eviction notice, our electricity and phone serviceis also 2 payments behind, both scheduled for cutoff.  Our car payment is almost 4 months behind, we hide it around the block so hopefully if the try to do a REPO, they might not find it.  All this because of our cat.  Maybe we are crazy or stupid, but we have our cat.  We love our DaisyMae.  Hopefully there is someone out there that can relate to this.  I have tried to be as honest a I could.  I face all of this because I put a cats life before my own comfort. I just think I'm in over my head.  Everything is going down the toilet. Please help if you can, or if you can understand why we jeopardized our whole lives to save our friend DaisyMae.
