A group has a better chance to make a difference in a single person's life or to work for a larger cause. Aidpage is free... no limit on how many pages you can post here or how many groups you can organize. Most importantly - you'll be on the web with a purpose!

Simply posting on Aidpage makes you an Aidmate. Aidmates take part in something larger - a new worldwide public place where people see each other and help each other... with no fuss... and no need to work through organizations with all their rules, overhead costs, bureaucracy, and political agendas. Hello. I am still looking for just the used but good condition games with all the pieces.They are happy with anything. The girls are 12 & 5. son is 6.

Games Like the following would be great:

1-used gameboy advance games

6-Monopoly Junior OR Monopoly

7-Hungry Hungry Hippos

8-Perfection

11-anything else that you think the kids would like.

I would appreciate getting a couple of games for them to play. The don't have any at all at this point. I think games would thrill them so much. Plus my other half and I can sit down with them and play also and teach them =) Sounds like lots of fun!

I need your help in getting my unborn son his surgery. he will be due May23rd of 2007. he has a diaphragmatic hernia. This is were is liver, stomach,and intestines are up in his just preventing his lungs from growing. He has a 50/50 chance of living. We live in southern IL, and have to travel to Philadephia, were he will get his surgery. Philadephia has been ranked number 1 in the world for the past 7 years. My son will get his surgery by the number one surgeon in the world, for children. We have alot of hope. We need your help in covering the medical bills. If my son makes it through his surgery he will be in an intensive care until for many months. He will be put on a ventalor,feeding tube, and a ecmo machine to help give him oxygen.When he is able and better, then we will beable to return home with our beautiful baby boy Landen Matthew Hayden. Thank you so much for your time. It is so hard going through this. I'm only 22 years old, and my husband is 24 years old, this is our first baby, and its very heartbreaking.

This August 2006 moving thinking I got a hernia I rush to Emergency to find out: ovarian cancer, full on surgery, stageIIIc, but I have heard someone say "treatable" I think, I am still in shock, and because of surgeries, chemo, long hospital stays (8 days)etc., I have absolutely no income and for some reason the federal government and state government offices I find EXTREMELY difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, I have found myself with no support network, all family and friends far away and unable to make any gestures.

I am single diasable mother of an 9yr old boy. We live 573.00 and 189.00 childsupport when his dad decides to send it. We are hurricane rita victims. we lost everything including car, Fema denied to help with car because i lacked insurance at the time. I pay medical out of pocket every month because medicaid does not pay for pain management. Which i need to go to so i can get out of bed to finish raising my son. I am 44yrs old and i have bones of a 95yr old women, have a leaking valve to heart,spurs through out my spine and neck,herinated disc,etc. There is more.If i could work i would be. JUST CAN NOT. Any kind of help would be deeply appreciated. NOW WE HAVE TO BE OUT OF THESE TRAILORS AT END OF MONTH. WE STILL HOMELESS AFTER ALMOST 2YRS. NO WAY TO PAY THE RENT PRICES NOW.

Ok. I am going through a tough time and would like to know if I can get some information from some of you. I am a 19 yo. single mother, of a beautiful baby boy. I recently got out of an abusive relationship, Vincents father. He is now in jail for about a year. I am living with my father, and working 45+ hours a week, paying $125.00 a week for daycare, and things that Vincent needs. I plan on going to school in April but I will need some assistance. I am barely getting by with the money I make and the daycare I pay for. I owe $3,000.00 in bills from my last apartment with my X, not including the medical bills from my son. I am in such a jam and very depressed. I want to be able to provide for Vincent on my own. And have a good life. I just don't know how I can get started. It seems like I will never get to where I want to be. I really need to know how I can get my life and Vincents life together (besides marrying a rich guy! HAHA!) If anyone can help send me in the right direction on aid or anything I would really appreciate it. I live in Florida and I am on the waiting list for daycare assistance, through ChildCare Res. Network, but I asked the woman on the phone how long I would be waiting and what is the longest she has seen someone wait, and she told me up to 3 years. So I am very stressed about my life!  Well I can't really say much about me worth any thing considering , I was a active alcoholic most of my life and I finally went to prison for 17 month's , I took my GED while I was there and passed everything but the essay, of course , so now I will try to improve in that area and just maybe I will accomplish that before to long. I'm just trying every day to be a better person , mom ,daughter , friend , maybe one day wife.
