Out of State tuition needs

I am looking for assistance to continue my education at Florida State University. My mom is a single mom and my father is deceased. I moved to Florida prior to starting classes at FSU but according to Florida statues I can not be considered an in state student. I will not be able to continue with my education at FSU with assistance.

I can't afford to pay my tuition due to an unfortunate circumstance.
Hello, I am going into my last year at a prestigious university studying Business Management with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Communications. Last year, my life took a spin when my father died of a sudden heart attack. My life has made a drastic change since I received the horrifying news. Although, I try to hide my pain from people, I knew that it would catch up with me sooner or later. I have never asked anyone for anything in my life until now. I have one more year of school left and I can't even pay for my tuition. Yes, I have tried loans (denied because I don't have credit), my dad side of the family has completely shut me off (they told me that I was not their responsibility), and my mother is having a difficult time trying to raise my two other siblings. I have been through a lot being alone and  three-thousand miles away from home, that I don't want to even ponder the thought about dropping out of college. If you have any suggestions please email me at myeducationfirst@yahoo.com. Thank you for your time.
government aid
I am a puerto rican born american woman. My deceased grandfather was in the war. my mother died when i was 13. my father lives somewhere in puerto rico but don't know his whereabouts. I live in the basement of my aunt's house. I pay her $75 a week. I pay her money for car insurance and my cell phone as well. I get paid around $160 a week. i have health insurance and my student loan gets taken off my paycheck (garnishment)which is why my weekly checks are so low. is there any government help out there to help me get out of debt?
