Hey folks, my name is Geri, and guess what, I am fat, I let myself go, and now it has gone too far.  I am not lazy, I am just worried about not being there for my boys.  I own my home, but, my credit is icky.  I am looking for a few good souls to help me in my quest for lap band surgery. http://myroadtobariatricsurgery.blogspot.com/

I am planning on going to Mexico http://www.obesitycontrolcenter.com/index.html  to have this done,  it is not a fly by night operation.  Please help me save my life.  I am not going to sugar coat it.  I need $10000.00, soon.  I am so scared of dying.  Guess, I should have thought about that sooner, but, now, I am ready to do something about it.. I am taking the least expensive way to do this.

I will definitly Pay it Forward, as I can.  I believe in that.. I will also thithe 10% of what I get to my church.

I CAN MAKE YOU THIN

I have seen a few posts about lapband surgery and I am always the first to try and find an alternative method to a radical medical procedure. While it may sometimes be necessary, sometimes there are alternatives that may prove helpful in lieu of surgery. Being fat, I know how difficult it is to lose weight, especially when we hae so much food around us and so many choices! And it all tastes so damn good! Who didn't love their easter dinner tonight and couldn't wait to dig into the kids easter baskets when they went to bed? I know I did! But we know this isn't good for us and we all knowmost of us eat when we are not hungry. When I am stressed, the first thing I reach for is CHOCOLATE!!! SO hwo do we cope with this screwed up bahavior?

Well, The Learning Channel has a new series on Sunday nights @ 9pm EST called "I Can Make You Thin" it is a innovative series with Paul McKenna. Paul teaches people to rethink their eating habits with miraculous results. While I am skeptical about EVERYTHING, I think this guy may be on to something. This is NOT a diet - it changes your whole way of thinking about food. He discussed emotional eating this week and next week discusses cravings. He also gives you the tools and techniques to deal with these issues. I am including the links to both TLC and Paul's website for your information.

As always - PLEASE CONSULT A DOCTOR before starting!
