I am a SAHM mom of 2 toddlers and a step-mom to a pre-teen. I am a loving and supportive spouse to a man in the Army.

I am looking for a few games to be gifts for my kids.  Games will be great for the kids and for us. We can sit down and have some family nights before my other half ends up deployed again. Hoping the kids will remember those nights with 'daddy' and can't wait for him to come back so we can do it again.

Also on my links I have a site that I am trying to sell things to get money to cover bills, food, and gifts. Thx =)

I have a condo which is empty at present and will cause me to go into foreclosure, as I have no funds to make this payment.  The unit needs new carpet and a new countertop.  What is the best and cheapest way to improve these two items, which might enable me to sell the unit.  How do you sale "as is"?

The problem with selling:  the unit is worth much less, due to the housing market slip, than when I bought it.  How do I fight this problem?
