my name is jeremy,father of 4 three boys and one gril age 9,6,5 and five months. my grilfriend brandi the mother is been very ill four three years now so i have had to take working to help her take care of our kids and herself. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive each way to Intermountain Medical Center

 in SLC from our house.

Just the money we need for gas alone is killing us.

Not to mention trying to pay our bills,food,medical treatment.
