My wife and I run an Adult Family home for senior citizens. We have two properties and together they have a current total value of  $375,000.00 What we are in need of and drastic need of is to find a lender or grant that would be available for this type of business to pay all current debts of the business to date thereby lowering some of the higher percent interest rates and various other issues that have come to pass in the course of running the business. The current total for ALL outstanding debts comes in at 326,000.00 which is the amount we would like to consolidate into a 15 year fixed 6% rate loan. The two real properties could maintain the lien for the amount financed and the payments of about $3,000 would be much better then the current total payments made per month of almost $6,000. If anyone knows of any government assitance programs that would help our situation in either grants, or secured loans, or insured loans for 3rd party lenders etc, it would be truly appreciated if you could let us know by responding here.

I am 52 and can't find full time employment.  I work part time and make about 150.00 a week. I sure could use full time employment I am a hard worker.  I would also love to start my own little business.  I received an associates degree in business. In this area there are not too many full time positions that need to be filled.  I have the opportunity to purchase a home health care business.  I would love to buy this business . I would pay back any funds I receive for the   I found a great start up business that will cost approx. $20000.00 I do not have the funds to buy this small business .  If anyone would be interested in giving me a hand with my dream please contact me.  If given half a chance I know I will succeed.  Please if you know anyone or you yourself can help me out I WILL PAY BACK!!!!!!!

I am a single mom trying to survive. I have 3 children and I'm paid to take care of my disabled daughter. I make little money and my husband left me with many bills. My gas was turned off sometime early summer. We don't need heat right now but I'm afraid I won't get it turned on  before winter. We have had to heat water or take cold baths.
