Growing up in a small town, several things stand out compared to the big city scene.  Most of the businesses have been here for a long time so when one of them closes, the impact is harder.  One of my favorite places to get a burger closed when I was 16 and noone has purchased the building or anything.  The location of the building is on the east side of town.  Right now there are no restaurants on this side.  With the high school only 4 blocks away, the idea of having a little restaurant open over there sounds better each time.  The finacial part is what I need help with.  Employees are already lined up to work just need the backing to start up.

We are simple people, not materialistic, are honest and are hard working people. We love going to the beach, fishing, do basically anything that will put a smile on our kids face. They are the reason we live and keep pushing to survive. When things are at the lowest, just one look at their face changes everthing! We actually moved to FL because of job oppurtunities and because there are alot of places we can take our kids to (beach, Key West, Disney, Everglades etc).

I am a 58-year-old partially disabled retired veteran. I have myelitis (deterioration of myelin sheath which affects my legs and lower back), arthritis, and tendonitis. This combination of medical problems prevents me from working at jobs where I am on my feet all day, have to do a lot of lifting, and is affecting my speed and accuracy in my typing. My retirement pay and VA disability covers my rent, food, and utilities. I need help ($70,000 total) to pay off bills (credit cards, student loans, other miscellaneous). I will accept whatever is sent. Every little bit will help until I can find a job. 

I am a kind hearted, open minded, non judgemental, god fearing, christian woman that is trying to instill on my kids that god does answer prayers and that he is always looking over us no matter what. I am raising a mentally challenged 7 year old that I have to home school. I also have a 2 year old and a 1 year old. I do not get assistance financially from anyone else. I truly am desperate.

My name is Ines and I am trying to find help for my brother who currently lives in Anderson South Carolina.  The picture I put here is one of the rooms in the house.  It's supposed to be where the kitchen should be.  However, there is no kitchen.

I am on disability and I take care of my 75 year old mother.  This is the only way I know how to find help for him and I really don't know if it will even work.  I hope it does.

If I could go to South Carolina and help my brother I would, but I can't.  I live in another state.

Our sister just passed away on Jan. 9th. and it's been very devastating for all the family. 

I am catholic and attend mass regularly.  I don't say this to convice anyone, but because it's true and I love the Lord more than anything.  20 years ago he saved my life from a terrible car accident and I am trully grateful to him.

I am a recently divorced mother of 3 beautiful girls. I really did not think I would ever have to go to these extremes just to ask for help for Christmas for my girls, but I have had a bad year and at this point even mt pride has taken a backseat to having to tell my kids that Santa won't be coming this year.

I have a 10, 5 and 4 year old, they are really geat kids they don't deserve to think that Santa forgot them just because of my bad luck.

I guess it started last year when my husband decided to ask me for a divorce on our anniversary the kids took it hard as did I really. He is now happily divorced and engaged to a woman who has 3 kids of her own, so going to him for help is just more than I can stomach at this point he is out of work. So after the seperation I moved to a small but really nice trailer with my kids we were doing ok we had a roof over our heads and food ono the table and had even adopted a small dog the kids call Corky, all in allwe were adjusting pretty well to our new life. Then in November I had a car accident I came around a curve and lost control of my car and rolled it over, Idid not receive any major injuries just alot of bruises and bumps and my car was totalled. Then on December 6th while the kids were visiting with their dad I was cleaning in the back of my trailer and a fire started behind the stove, faulty wiring I was told any way by the time the fire alarm went off and I came out the whole wall the stove was on was in flames I called 911 and ran out of the house to my sisters who lived right next door in my haste to leave the house though I left in nothing but my nightgown, Corky ran out of the house with me but I had 2 cats that were not so lucky the firemen found them still in the house. Anyway the house was a total loss and I am my children lost everything we had there which since the seperation was about half their belonging and completely all of mine. I was forced to send the 2 younger kids to live with their dad since I now had to move in with my mother again my oldest decided that she wanted to stay with me and my ex and I made the decision since she was older to let her decide.Then in September of this year I was involved ina hit and run they never found the person who hit me but he sent my car over a curve and into a tree, my insurance company said they would treat it as an unissured motorist accident and to this day they have not made a decision on whether to to pay for the damages or total my car, in this accident I did receive some injuries my head went into the winshield and cracked it I had whiplash, my face hit the stearing wheel and I got 7 stitches in my face and I have a bulging disk in my back that up to now just ached then last week at work I lifted a case of beer and turned the wrong was heard a pop and now am off work until a neuro surgeon can clear me, whatever that means. So for now I am not able to work I have no income I am living with my mother in a very small trailer that when I do have all 3 kids my oldest has to sleep on the couch I sleep on the living room floor and the younger girls get the only extra available bed.On top of all this I have a congentital heart defect that I am supposed to have monitored regularly and I lost my health insurance when I got divorced so things are a little tough right now.

I just need a little help to give my girls a Christmas I really just want them to have something good from all the bad this year. Please let me know if anyone can help, I will be glad to repay you when I can work again or if you know of an organization that might be willing to help.

With all the opportunities in this country, there are still several people looked over when getting loans or financial help.  I have often wondered what it would be like to finally get that loan for a business.  I want to open up a burger joint that was here 20 years ago.  Although, it won't be the same one,  we will be able to get the building and sell some of the same products.  Dedication and hard work will have to rise above everything else. 

I need 2000 dollars before the 20th of April to pay off a bill or they come in and start taking my familys things to pay off the debt. I  Am more than wiling to pay off the debt plus a reasonal amount of  intrest. I really need help. I have been laid off almost all winter and am just getting to work 40 or more hours a week. I can now start paying thing off but some people are not patient enough to wait for the money and want it by the 20th.

Im 25, single mother. Going to bartending school. (hopefully that will give me a leg up!!) Life story is accompanied by a violen so we wont get into it. Son is 6 and im 7 weeks prego!! The fathers are not here by choice and i will be a single parent to both. I do believe in God but im a little unstable i will admit. Ive gave and hope that its time to come full circle on paybacks, cause that means my yacht and mansion are arround the corner!LOL! 99% of the time im a glass half full girl, but woof its tough. Hi, I have exhausted all my options, I have tried every bank, online options, Prosper, Google, Yahoo and I can not get anyone to give me a loan.  I know I am stretching my options by asking a complete stranger to trust me .. I was born in Pennsylvania. I have 2 sisters & I had 3 brothers, 2 died , my younger

brother Roy was killed in the Vietnam War on December 12, 1966 & my other

brother Junior died early this year, from cancer, he was also a Vietnam Veteran.

Both my mother and father are deceased. My husband died September 22, 1969.

I have 3 children, 8 grandchildren & 2 greatgrandchildren & 2 more greatgrand
