Still in need of help!  Dealing with Financial troubles badly!  our home is in forclosure and were about to lose everything!  Can't believe that I have been looking for help since Last year to keep from getting this way, and nothing but scammer after scammer gets in touch with me!  there doesn't seem to be anyone out there anymore that has a soul that would or even could help anyone that is having trouble anymore.  been working on getting things caught up but still falling behind with everrything going up all the time.  just about can live or raise a family!  want has this world gotten too.  it's a shame!  I pray all the time that things get better and so far nothing is working right for me.  I have faith and my heart keeps telling me that things are going to get better, but I hope I'm not trying to raise a family in the streets by the time that this would come true.  God Bless all of US!

Hi, My name is Jessica. My husband Mike and I just moved to missouri from Arizona because we could not afford to live there anymore and we thought we might have more opportunities for jobs here. We were wrong. We have had nothing but troubles since we have moved here. Let me begin, we moved into a rental property that we cannot afford, the management company told us that it was the only house in the entire springfield metro area (including cities up to 25 miles out) that would allow our older rottweiler who has medical problems. We made the sacrifice to take care of him and chanced not being able to afford the rent, which is a blazing $800 a month. We also did't have air conditioning for 3 weeks out of our first month, the rental company didn't want to fix it, until we threatened them with the Health Department. We expected to find jobs pretty soon. It took me seven weeks to get hired on at Wal-Mart making $7.00 an hour, and I have to beg them to give me full time hours, which they did. So I generally get (if I am lucky) between 34-37 hours a week. I work very hard, any hours available and volunteer to be called in if they need me to replace someone elses shift. Mike on the other hand, has not been able to find a job. He has applied everywhere possible (at least 4 applications a day to different places, some online, some face-to-face) It has now been 3 months and nothing. Well, one week he was not able to turn in applications, or go to intweviews, because one saturday night, we was attacked. Two large, drunk men, who we didn't even know attacked him and brutally assaulted him. The police came and a report was made, but the men were never found. This happened in a parking lot not but 5 minutes from our house. We had to go to the emergency room because he was seriously injured. They had managed to beat his head into the concrete pretty bad. He had fractures in his face, and whip-lash, and a pretty bad neck injury. He had a black eye and nerve damage to his face and neck. We had to go back to the emergency room about 4 days later because he didn't feel quite right, and the doctors told us that he had post concussion syndrome. His eyes had been dilating in and out quickly, and his blood pressure wasn't right, and his heart was beating strange. The total bill for the hospital, came to about $4000. We contacted Victims of Violent Crime Compensation of Missouri to see if they could help pay for some of the bills. They denied him, because they didn't catch the men? Not sure why. On top of that bill, he has to see a family practice doctor once a month for medications that run us about $400 each fill. She recommends either continuing the medication for a long time, or getting a surgery that has about a 33% success rate and costs between $80,000 and $100,000 to do. We have been delinquent on our bills several times, and have resulted to food stamp benefits, which we think should go for people that need it worse than us, like families with children, but we wouldn't eat if it wasnt for that help. We get less than $100 a month. We basically have lived on tuna sandwhiches and eggs. Once a week I try to fit in some ground beef and rice. We are falling harder and harder, and I feel like my body is about to give out. More than that, I am scared. We have no support system. No money, If anyone thinks that they can help us out with money to pay our bills, or to buy some food, or to help with the prescrpitions that would be great. Or, If you have a job availible in the Springfield, Mo metro area that would be good for Mike, let us know. He had an assosciated degree in computer related field and some experience with computer repair, installation, and such. But he doesnt have to do that. Keep in mind that his injury limits him physicially (meaning he cant lift 50 lbs continuously) though he is pretty strong. Thank you.

The patent is pending. I just need help along the way. I have two daughters who are 9 and 5 years old. I want the best for them. I have tried internet businesses, but because I am disabled, I need help with expenses and getting started in what I want to do, which is being a successful inventor and being able to take care of my children myself. I want a home that I can own. Hello, I am on this hoping someone reads my story and can lead me in the right direction for help. I am a mother of 5 children ages 2,3,3,5, and 9. My husband and I struggle to pay the bills. I know with the struggle we are going through that we will not be able to afford to buy our children christmas. My children have been raised knowing that they should be thankful for what they have. I know that because this weekend I asked my 9 year old daughter how she would feel if Santa only brought her 1 present? She told me she would be happy because she is thankful for what she has and would feel lucky if she did get anything. That eases me a little to know that if I am unable to find some way to get christmas that being together as a family will be all that really matters. Hi! I really need help! I feel silly for doing this, but here I am.  My uncle talked me into moving to Houston from College Station to take over a pet grooming school and salon ten months ago. I put my heart and soul into that grooming shop and was building it so great.  I was working all by my self with out and assistance from my uncle who was supposed to be my partner. I worked 65+ hours a week making our sales high and creating great customer relationships. Then he got into  financial problems with his other businesses and had to eliminate my position. I have been searching for a job for 4 weeks now and I am having a hard time paying  my bills.  This is the first time I have ever not had a job or health insurance. I graduated from Texas A&M in 1999.  I have always been one to donate to help other and now I am hoping that my kindness to Goodwill, St. Judes, Red Cross, and the homeless will come back to me inow in some way.  I feel really silly doing this but I saw this on tv a few months ago and figured. I would see if there was any help that could come my way.  Thank-you........even for your prayers.

Single mom In need of a christmas angel or miracle worker. I have been recovering from a bad fall and was on no-work status up until this last week, I am now part time as a babysitter while still on crutches. . I am  unable to pay the mortgage for december.  This has been a very scary time for me and my 2 children. They are scared, it is christmas, and if we end up homeless, we have no where to go. That scares me to the point I am not sleeping well. I applied for assistance and was denied housing assistance. They used the car as an asset.. It is old, hardly running and isn't keeping my family alive and they used it against me. I don't have any tears left. I am frightened for what is going to happen to us. My mortgage is $786.00 and I just don't have it.  I don't have any resources left eaither.  The local salvation army says they won't have funds until february for rental help and it is only enough to help about 15 families. On my previous post I needed help with utilities as well, but that has been taken care of through payment arrangements to the utility company.  I appreciate whatever help I can get, there seems to be many people in the same boat this year.  My prayers are with you all this holiday season.

I receively lost my job from a company that I have worked for over a year and a half .  I was a great employee, always on time, I always did above and below my job requirements. Now I am in debt with only 2 days of food in my refrigerator at a time. I have a 5 year old little boy in school. I took out two payday loans while I was working for car repairs and gas over the internet. And the companies are going to take out the money regardless if the funds are in there or not which will cause overdraft fees and other charges. I would close the account but I need it to pay bills. These online companies would not even let me make payment arrangements. I have never asked anyone for anything before. And I just so happen to stumble accross this website. I need $600.00 to pay them in full, but any help would be greatly appreciated. I am at my witts end.

I recently had a post explaining my hardships and would like to thank those who have reached out suggestions for me. I want to say that the Lord Jesus Christ is faithful in a time of need. I have had grace in places that I need help by those I owe giving me some time to come up with money I need.

So the purpose of this message is to say pray for a solution and be wise to recognize one when it comes. It's not always in a package that is expected. So I give all the honor and glory to the Lord who is supplying my needs.

With one of my projects, the greatest help would be if someone knows people that are Real Estate Investors. I"m currently working with a gentlemen who is requesting for me to find investors for him to network with.  Please respond and I will be more specific.

I have always been a hard worker.  It is difficult for me to ask for help; but I'm at the end of my rope with worry.  I have credit card bills that I have managed to run up in excess of $7500.  My husband does not know this.  He is a stickler for not carrying credit card debt.  I am in desparate need of irradicating this debt as soon as possible.  This is the first time I have found myself in this situation and am growing more and more discuted with myself for allowing this to happen.  Please, if anyone could spare anything; please help me!  I have since cut up my cards, and am looking for a parttime evening job.  God bless.

I need help asap. I'm a 43 yr old divorced for 4 years after a 22 year abusive marriage and am now with some one thatr drinks constantly and does many drugs. I do no not do these things and cannot stand it any longer. I am waiting for a hearing for SSI but my attorney says it will be a few months before it gets resolved. I cannot work and my children are no longer under the age of 18 so I cannot get help from the state. I suffer from agoraphobia, severe depression and severe anxiety and panic attacks. I am homebound most of the time because of the agoraphobia. I am getting treatment but it is going very slowly.  I live in his apartment with him and i feel i will never get we;ll if i cant get out of here and away from him. i cant even get utilities in my name because i got them here at first in my name and they were disconnected because he didnt pay them as he promised. so i am like a prisoner here and feel very suicidal most of the time. i need to be able to get my own place for my own health and safety but do not have the means or any family to help so have begun to check online. please i would greatly appreciate any advice or help that would be offered. thank you so much.

I am in Tucson, Arizona. I am a 34 year old single women with 1 daughter who will be turning 12 September 16th, 2006. I currently live in a small 2 bedroom apartment. I pay $520 a month for rent in Tucson, AZ. The apartment I live in has changed owners 5 times in the last 3 years I have lived here. August 23rd we awoke to find our water had been shut off because the old owners who had been charging us for water and trash monthly had forgotten to switch the water over into the new owners names. We were out of water for 2 days and I had to stay at a friends who I paid $60 for housing us. The property was almost condemned due to there being no water in anyone's home. September 6th, 2006 the new property manager came an introduced herself and she stated I had not paid my rent in 2 months and she wished to collect even though I had paid. I had to pull up my banking history and show her evidence of the checks I wrote to the previous landlord of the property. After I had shown proof of residency she stated new leases would be presented and the rent has now gone up to $675 a month. September 7th we had a huge storm in the area and I awoke to find in my bedroom there is a huge leak in the ceiling and it is now bowed and it appears that a portion of my ceiling is going to cave in. The new landlord only gave me a mailing address and I left a message with the old landlord but I have yet to here from them. I am extremely overwhelmed $675 a month for this place is unreasonable. I started to look into other areas and I found a nice 2 bedroom in a better school district for my daughter the problem is I unfortunately at this time am living paycheck to paycheck. The new apartment is $595 and utilities are included it is actually less expensive then what I pay here because utilities are included, is much nicer and in a better location. I can afford to pay the $595 but the deposit and last months rent is $1190 and that I do not have. I was recently laid off at AOL after 7 years and prior to that I had been out on short term disability because of minor surgery that turned into a major infection. I was hospitalized and then out of work for 4 months and had to use my 401 K and savings to survive. Normally this move would not effect me but due to my being ill I am financially burdened. However, I was recently hired with Citibank  which is wonderful but I have only $225 saved. I have also contacted Family assistance, PPEP, Travelers Aid and Tucson Urban League and several philanthropist organizations at this time they have no funds to assist. If anyone could help us out we would be so grateful.

9/08/06 I also called Tucson Women and Childrens Association, St Vincent De Paul, North West Interfaith, La Frontera, Southern Az Legal Aid, Family Housing Resources, Chicano for LA Casa, Tucson Indian Center, AZ housing Prevention, One Step, Pima Community Center and most do not have funds at this time or because I am not battered or homeless yet I do not fall into their guidelines for assistance.

My parents are DESPERATE for a car. they are handicapped and need to get to doctors and my dad has to be able to get to work. They just recently lost their home and now live very far from anyplace they need to go... we are good people who have always helped others in need, but now I need to ask for the help.
