My name is nina and I had mastectomy surgery when I was 18

Its been 5 yrs since, and I havent had enough money to have reconstructive surgery 

I know beauty is only skin deep but I havent had a relationship since and I hide from people because of it

I have attempted suicide twice and I have hideous scars because of it
