I have very low self esteme  I won't get out of my house I stay very depressed my children and my husband our very embarrsed by my looks I don't have no chin  I really need help I want to get out of the house and be a very normal person  I have had two sets of teeth by a very good dentist  but they won't just fit.  I always wanted a pretty smile can someone help me I am very desperate.  I don't have no insurance. please help me       joy smith
