I am disabled and cannot pay for my Provigil prescription which costs about $275.00 per month. Medicare nor Medicaid will pay for it & I ned help now to pay for tghe Provigil & need finncial assistance for eye & dental care. I am begging & praying hard for a financial miracle. Any assistance or donation would be a blessing.
I am disabled with 5 illnesses, and need help paying for one of my monthly doctor visit costs of $120 per month. I am on disability, and it is a hardship for me to pay it, but I need to see this doctor. I have breast cancer, degenerative disc disease, osteopenia, and pheral neuropathy. I took a year of chemos, which has affected many organs, such as a weaker heart, moderate loss of vision and hearing.
