Hi:

I have a special needs son who is attending a school for severe learning disabled children.  My son is profoundly dyslexic, verbally dyspraxic,  OCD,  Asperger's Syndrome and profoundly gifted.   The school he attends is paid for by the school district through the Individuals with Disablities Educational Act.  I have been advocating for my son for 12  years.  I have fought for services,  including speech and occupational therapy, reading help, extended school year services and you name it.  Finally 2 yearw he was accepted into a school for kids with profound dyslexia and other disablities.   I grabbed the golden ring for my son!   If i leave this school district i risk loosing the education that my son needs.  This would be absolutely devasting to him and to me.  Here is the link for my son's school:   www.rsec.org

This past spring we went thru a horrible and financially devasting divorce.   My ex -husband is loosing his job and i will loose some or most of my child support.  I am also self employed, and working a second job.

My problem is, is that can not afford the property taxes  and the heating bills on this house.

There is now a lein on my house for $15000 in taxes-that is a year and a half beleive it or not!  I may have to sell and loose his education and my self-employment.  It kills me to know that my son is at risk to loose  the long awaited education he so sorely needs  over property taxes.   There is no guarantee that  if  forced to move he will be able to receive this education or that i would live close enough to this  school for the profoundly learning disabled.   I can't refinance this house due to my credit scores due to the divorce and how the first mortgage is written.

I have had many  expensive repairs on this house the past  2 years, my 7 yr old  ford explorer died,  i had to use the $6000 in my retirement account to buy a new car, a 95 tahoe.. a real gas guzzler but all i could afford. I get no fuel  assistance, have no health insurance,  and do not qualify for food stamps.   I have no money to get my high blood pressure meds and meds for anxiety and depression.  I have taken on a roommate but which helps but I filed   bankruptcy because i don't know where else to turn.  It kills me to do it because i want to be responsible for my debts, but there is nothing left at the end of the month to cover it.   During the course of my  25 year marriage I was fortunate to be the giver of such gifts.... at the holidays to needy organizations , to animal shelters,  the salvation army, i took in exchange students to teach them about our country, voluneteered at my son's school and more.  Now, i need to be at the receiving end of such generosity.  Please help us.

Please open your heart and your financial abilities to ensure that my son gets to fulfill profound gifted abilities by learning to read.  I am scared and very frightened that my son, my gift from God, will loose his one big chance to become literate.  He is in 7th grade, 12 yrs old,   has an IQ of 140+ and reads at a first grade level.

What ever you could donate is deeply and  gratefully appreciated.   I won't even ask you to provide he money directly to me.  If you are able and willing to help us, make a check out to our town .  You will be blessed for your kindness.  My son will be blessed by you.

I live in Brookline NH and a donation or payment in my name can be made to the Town of Brookline,  Brookline, NH   03033

Sincerely and Gratefully,

Mary Harding-Smith

We have fallen victom to the tax man

We are on the last leg. The taxes for the oporation of our business's have over welmed us. Our bills have taken us over the edge. We can not make our payments for morgage, taxes, autos, utilities, and tithes to our church. If any one can help us get back on our feet, please feel free to contribute. And we will surely pass the help on as we can also. God Bless and thank you. We were scammed by several web site designers and also frauded check writers. Please do not answer any foreigner requests on the internet or you may loose everything also. Use caution.  We were scammed for several thousands of dollars. The frauded checks were more than $750,000.00 dollars. They were from Canadian banks. so be carefull. Help can be sent by pay pal, mrpbwright@yahoo.com or address Philip wright P.O. Box 16 McKean Pa. 16426. Again We thank you.

Hi my name is Linda and I'm  from Colorado. Myreasin for posting rhis is in hopes of geting some help with my bills.

Sometime ago I had the misfortianate circumstances become me with respect to my hea;th. I was hit with bouts of vertigo making it impossible to work as a conveinance Store Clerk. The Vertigo made it mposible to stand and function. My attempts at geting some assistance from social security  for disablitiy. I finally got work via a few free- bee publications threw out the Grater Denver Area. I was fine until tax time came around. I had made effforts to save, but one thing after and another provented me from being able to meet the obligation of payment. therer was the outrages fuel coast as the price of gas went thru the roof. The wear and tear on the van ade me have to make the purchase of an additional van. as the trany went to pot and the cost for repairs was about that of the van itself. I still had the matter of bad checks I was forced to write to make the rent for two month when that finally got up with me  I was in a real pickle and still am. I need help and I needed it months and months ago.

If there is anyone out there that would see there way clear to making a loan of about $15,000-$20,000 over say a 48-60 month period I'd appreciate it. I know that my credit is not the best however I would qualify fro a car loan a this piont and time for approximately the same kind of dollars and months payment scedule. There for I'm asking for a simualar amounty paid over a 4-5 year period.

I have to pay 1619.09 to help catch up my back taxes on my house to keep from losing it to foreclosure. I have until March 31st 5:00 p.m. I live in the Kansas City Missouri area. Anyone with advice on how I can raise the money? I would love  advice from people who have faced the same situation. There is stuff to sell online, after I get a digital camera. It's alot of old stuff, and I am not sure it'll bring in the monies needed.

I am interested in junking this summer. I'd like to get some info on that too. Yes, I do/did google. I am basically here to chit chat and learn some I suppose. Thanks for reading!

Hello,

My need is to help people. I am 46 years old and have learned alot about life as many have. The one lessson that I think we all need to learn is that all people are good and they are bad. You may be very nice and caring in some parts of your life, and a rotten SOB in others. This is human nature. Full of ambiguity. My profession is that of financial services. I do taxes, social security claims and founded the Social Security Defense Fund.

Social Security is under assault. This my friend you can be assured. I could go on and on but if you have any questions, please contact me.

Social Security Defense Fund

Today's topic. The compromise. When social security was first enacted there were 149 workers for every retired person. Now that ratio is 2 workers for every retired person. This is reality. What to do. Legalize all illegal aliens bring them into the system and tax them. Abolish all tax breaks for the rich and corporations. Means test. Social security is a safety net. If in the lottery of life you are successful and have made out good- you don't draw. Even if you have put in your dues. You see, life could have dealth you a bad hand, ie car wreck, diease etc.. and you need the benefits to survive. This is a tuff sale. But a necessary one.
