I am a single mom of 3. After my divorce, I needed to find a way to earn an income. I really didn't want to go back to work after being a stay at home mom for 7 years, so I looked into other ideas for earning money. My sister was a Tupperware consultant at the time and wanted me to start selling Tupperware. I am not a very outgoing person so I didn't want to do home parties. I told her no and kept looking. In the meantime, I helped her part-time with her business. After learning more about the Tupperware consultant business opportunity, I realized it might work for me, too. But I wanted to focus on internet sales and fundraising. I discovered that I was able to make a nice supplemental income with Tupperware fundraising by helping schools and nonprofit groups utilize Tupperware's fundraiser to raise money. It is very rewarding to know I have helped schools, churches, cheerleading groups, relay for life teams, and other non-profit groups raise much-needed money.

Aside from Tupperware, I also do Tastefully Simple, AromaLight Candles, Avon, and some other work-from-home sales. These direct sales companies are such a blessing to single moms who need to work but have young children at home. I am home every single day! I wouldn't have it any other way.

I believe that God wants us to be smart with our time and our resources. Sometimes he doesn't use a miracle to help us -- most of the time he shows us how to find help. He expects us to help one another. Just look at all the starving kids in the world and you can see that God expects US to help one another. He isn't going to bail us out of our bad situation. He loves us, but he has given us everything we need to make it here on planet earth. And, of course, I can't help but also mention he has given us everything we need to make it in eternity, too. =) Do you know that?

I want to encourage you to take the initiative like I did and get something going for yourself. Lift your head up and be positive about your life -- regardless of how low things seem now. I was very depressed after my divorce, nearly suicidal. I had no hope for my life and saw no way out. I was afraid I would not make it financially and sometimes I still am. But I have never missed paying a bill in 7 years and I own my own home now. You can do the same, too. Let's talk. I'll be happy to help you figure out how you can make some money. You may never be wealthy (but then again, maybe you will!) but you can be living comfortably and supporting yourself. We live in a country full of opportunity for women. There's no reason why you can't make it, too.
